【摘要】：采用醇堿法對遼河超稠油熱改質前后常壓渣油(AR)中的石油酸進行分離提純,得到兩種石油酸(簡稱為改質前和改質后)。采用FTIR、元素分析、負離子ESI FT-ICR MS、13C NMR、~1H NMR、化合物DBE及碳數分布等方法對提純的石油酸進行定性和定量分析。實驗結果表明,改質前后的石油酸均以二環(huán)、三環(huán)、四環(huán)、五環(huán)或單苯環(huán)并單環(huán)環(huán)烷酸為主,石油酚、芳香酸相對含量較低;沒有直接與環(huán)相連的羧基在改質過程中易發(fā)生脫羧反應,部分解釋了熱改質AR的蒸發(fā)損失低于直餾AR的原因。
[Abstract]:Two kinds of petroleum acids were isolated and purified from atmospheric residue ARs before and after thermal upgrading of Liaohe super heavy oil by alcohol alkali method, and two kinds of petroleum acids (referred to as before and after upgrading) were obtained by FTIR and elemental analysis. The purified petroleum acids were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by negative ion ESI FT-ICR MS13 C NMR-1H NMRs, compound DBE and carbon number distribution. The experimental results showed that the petroleum acids before and after modification were dicyclic, tricyclic, and tetra-ring. The relative content of petroleum phenol and aromatic acid is relatively low, and the decarboxylation of the carboxyl group directly connected with the ring is easy to occur in the process of modification, which partly explains the reason that the evaporation loss of the heat modified AR is lower than that of the straight distillation AR.
