一種環(huán)保型無熒光水基鉆井液潤滑劑的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:依據(jù)鉆井液潤滑劑的潤滑減阻機(jī)理,以可回收植物油為主料,以磺化劑、乳化劑為輔料,合成了鉆井液用無熒光潤滑劑(WBL)。采用DLA-Ⅱ型鉆井液動態(tài)潤滑性分析儀,模擬正常鉆井過程中鉆井液循環(huán)流動下,以及模擬鉆進(jìn)時鉆具和井壁之間的摩擦阻力,測試了扭矩降低率,F(xiàn)場試驗了鉆井液用植物油潤滑劑WBL在桃2-7-3H井等30多口氣井、油井水平井的應(yīng)用效果。實驗測試及現(xiàn)場試驗結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過特定的化學(xué)改性,將可回收植物油穩(wěn)定性極差(容易變質(zhì)、分解,或者高溫下易降解等)的性質(zhì)得到改善,達(dá)到水溶性好、無熒光、抗氧化性強(qiáng)、潤滑性能好等鉆井潤滑減阻的技術(shù)要求。取得以下主要結(jié)果:(1)對廢植物油脂質(zhì)量極差、極不衛(wèi)生,過氧化值、酸性、水分嚴(yán)重超標(biāo),有異味的非食用油。在進(jìn)行工業(yè)改性之前必須先對其進(jìn)行提純。通過對可回收植物油的分離、提純及改性,研制出的鉆井液用生物油潤滑劑WBL,其潤滑系數(shù)降低率最高達(dá)到92.2%,發(fā)泡率:≤5%,螢光級別:≤3級,可抗溫達(dá)150℃,并與各種水基鉆井液有良好的配伍性。(2)通過一系列的室內(nèi)實驗,當(dāng)潤滑劑內(nèi)回收植物油油含量50%時,潤滑系數(shù)降低率不再明顯升高,并趨于穩(wěn)定達(dá)到92.2%,而原油的潤滑系數(shù)降低率僅47.3%,達(dá)不到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。它的無熒光或低熒光級別對于尋找儲層更具靈活性,降低了鉆井中錄井誤差,同樣,對于目前水平井潤滑減阻降摩也具有良好的潤滑性,而且潤滑劑最優(yōu)加量在2%左右,其經(jīng)濟(jì)型具有較大優(yōu)勢。(3)植物油潤滑劑現(xiàn)場試驗30余口井,現(xiàn)場潤滑減阻性能優(yōu)良,所有鉆井過程中扭矩平均降低率達(dá)到37.5%,摩阻平均降低率達(dá)到49.4%,滑塊摩阻系數(shù)平均降低率達(dá)到65.8%,滑降扭矩降摩阻效果明顯,同時也有利于鉆井提速。對井下復(fù)雜情況的控制有著明顯的效果,滑塊摩阻系數(shù)在0.0262~0.0524之間。使用WBL的所有井平均潤滑劑成本為184.3元/m~3,比之前成本平均下降了29.64%。(4)對廢棄植物油的重復(fù)回收利用,減少了社會上流通的廢棄食用油存在的數(shù)量,使用于鉆井作業(yè)中,對地層無污染,對環(huán)境友好。建議將更多種類的廢棄油脂類物質(zhì)通過改性改良方法運用到鉆井工業(yè)中。
[Abstract]:On the basis of drilling fluid lubricant lubrication drag reduction mechanism to Recyclable vegetable oil as the main raw material, with sulfonating agent and emulsifier as auxiliary materials, non fluorescence lubricant for drilling fluid was synthesized (WBL). The DLA- type drilling fluid dynamic lubrication analysis, simulation of circulating drilling fluid flow under the normal drilling process, and the simulation of friction resistance between the drilling tool and borehole drilling, the torque reduction rate test. Field test of gas well drilling fluid with vegetable oil lubricant WBL in peach 2-7-3H wells more than 30, the application effect of horizontal oil wells. The experimental test and field test results show that after modification of specific chemical, will Recyclable vegetable oil (poor stability perishable, easy degradation or high temperature decomposition, etc.) properties were improved, to achieve good water solubility, no fluorescence, strong oxidation resistance, good lubricating performance and drilling lubricating requirements resistance technology. Main results are as follows: ( 1) of waste vegetable oil quality is poor, unsanitary, peroxide value, acid, water seriously exceed the standard, non edible oil smell. Before the industrial modification must first to carry out the purification. Through the separation of Recyclable vegetable oil, purification and modification, using bio oil drilling fluid lubricant WBL developed, the reduced rate of the lubricating coefficient reached 92.2%, foaming rate is less than 5%, the fluorescence level: less than or equal to 3, anti temperature up to 150 DEG C, and has good compatibility with various water-based drilling fluid. (2) through a series of laboratory experiments, when the lubricant oil recovery plant oil content of 50% when the lubricating coefficient decrease rate no longer increased, and tends to be stable at 92.2%, while crude oil lubrication coefficient to reduce the rate of only 47.3%, not up to standard requirements. It has no fluorescence or low fluorescence level to find the reservoir more flexibility, reduce drilling logging error, also, for the horizontal well Lubricating resistance and friction also has good lubricity, and the optimal amount of lubricant at around 2%, the economy has a large advantage. (3) vegetable oil lubricant field test of more than 30 wells, the drag reduction performance, torque all in the process of drilling an average reduction rate reached 37.5%, the average rate of friction reduction sliding friction coefficient reaches 49.4%, average rate reached 65.8%, down torque of friction reduction effect is obvious, but also conducive to the drilling speed. To control the underground complex situation has obvious effect, the slider friction coefficient between 0.0262~0.0524. The average cost of all wells lubricant WBL /m~3 to 184.3 yuan, than before the average cost decreased by 29.64%. (4) of the repeated recycling of waste vegetable oil by reducing the number of social circulation of waste edible oil, used in drilling operation, no pollution to soil, suggestions will be friendly to the environment. More kinds of waste oils are used in the drilling industry by modified modification methods.
