嗜蠟菌的篩選及其對(duì)稠油流變性的影響

【摘要】:由于黏度大、流動(dòng)性差等,稠油開(kāi)發(fā)和集輸面臨較大的困難,而利用微生物改善稠油的性能比業(yè)界的傳統(tǒng)做法更為經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)保。從遼河油田活性污泥中篩選出一株嗜蠟菌(ZL-7),優(yōu)化出其最佳培養(yǎng)溫度為45℃,培養(yǎng)周期為7d;含菌體的富集培養(yǎng)液(菌懸液)處理稠油7d后,對(duì)稠油有較明顯的降黏、除蠟的作用;利用聚焦光束反射測(cè)量?jī)x(FBRM)監(jiān)測(cè)稠油的粒徑長(zhǎng)度分布(CLD)與粒徑分布(DDD),發(fā)現(xiàn)稠油小粒徑所占比率上升,大粒徑所占比率下降,粒徑平均值較之前有所下降,有利于稠油乳狀液的制備及分離。
