基于NSGA_Ⅱ的地下儲(chǔ)氣庫注氣節(jié)能優(yōu)化運(yùn)營研究

【摘要】:地下儲(chǔ)氣庫具有儲(chǔ)氣量大、安全系數(shù)高等諸多優(yōu)勢,已成為天然氣管網(wǎng)不可或缺的終端配套設(shè)施。其運(yùn)營是一個(gè)涉及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、運(yùn)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、工作效率等因素的多目標(biāo)問題,因而提出符合多方面要求的注氣配產(chǎn)方案以達(dá)到降低壓縮機(jī)能耗、降低運(yùn)營成本的目標(biāo)是儲(chǔ)氣庫節(jié)能優(yōu)化運(yùn)營的核心。為此,基于地下儲(chǔ)氣庫地上地下壓力系統(tǒng)一體化仿真模型,綜合環(huán)境條件、地質(zhì)條件、安全壓力等因素對(duì)儲(chǔ)氣庫運(yùn)營的影響,以單井注氣流量為變量,根據(jù)管道級(jí)別確立雙層目標(biāo)函數(shù),結(jié)合實(shí)際生產(chǎn)要求設(shè)置約束條件,應(yīng)用NSGA_Ⅱ算法制訂了注氣配產(chǎn)方案,最后對(duì)上述方案進(jìn)行了生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化分析。兩組實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果均表明:利用NSGA_Ⅱ算法制訂的注氣配產(chǎn)方案合理有效,在滿足生產(chǎn)要求的同時(shí),也兼顧了地質(zhì)環(huán)境、安全運(yùn)營等條件,同時(shí)壓縮機(jī)功耗較經(jīng)驗(yàn)配產(chǎn)情況下降低40%以上,大幅減少了能源浪費(fèi)。
[Abstract]:Underground gas storage has many advantages, such as large gas storage capacity, high safety factor and so on. It has become an indispensable terminal supporting facility for natural gas pipeline network. Its operation is a multi-objective problem involving economic benefits, operational risks, working efficiency and so on. Therefore, it is the core of energy saving and operation optimization for gas storage to put forward gas injection production plan to reduce compressor energy consumption and reduce operation cost. Based on the integrated simulation model of underground gas storage aboveground pressure system and the influence of environmental conditions, geological conditions, safety pressure and other factors on the operation of gas storage reservoir, the gas injection flow rate of single well is taken as variable. According to the establishment of two-layer objective function of pipeline level and the setting of constraint conditions according to actual production requirements, the scheme of gas injection distribution production is formulated by using NSGA _ 鈪,
