考慮液固耦合立式儲(chǔ)液罐地震反應(yīng)數(shù)值分析

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,世界各國(guó)對(duì)石油與天然氣等能源的需求程度日益加深。立式儲(chǔ)液罐作為石油、石化及相關(guān)企業(yè)必備的工業(yè)儲(chǔ)液設(shè)施,其需求量日益增長(zhǎng)。立式儲(chǔ)罐多用于存儲(chǔ)危險(xiǎn)品,一旦發(fā)生破壞,不僅會(huì)造成火災(zāi)、經(jīng)濟(jì)損失等直接災(zāi)害;還會(huì)造成環(huán)境污染等次生災(zāi)害。因此大型立式儲(chǔ)液罐抗震的研究顯得尤其重要。本文利用大型有限元分析軟件ADINA,在結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮三維地震激勵(lì)的影響,對(duì)立式儲(chǔ)液罐有限元模型及其簡(jiǎn)化模型進(jìn)行地震動(dòng)響應(yīng)分析,并對(duì)立式儲(chǔ)液罐進(jìn)行參數(shù)敏感性分析,了解各參數(shù)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)的影響程度。為結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計(jì)及工程實(shí)踐提供理論依據(jù)。1.立式儲(chǔ)液罐模態(tài)分析采用ADINA有限元軟件,建立了大型立式儲(chǔ)液罐的有限元數(shù)值模型。建立不同體積立式儲(chǔ)液罐的有限元模型,分別進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,得到儲(chǔ)罐的前十階振型,并將其頻率與規(guī)范算法進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證模型的正確性。分析各種參數(shù)對(duì)立式儲(chǔ)液罐固有特性的影響,為立式儲(chǔ)液罐系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)特性分析提供依據(jù)。2.立式儲(chǔ)液罐地震響應(yīng)及參數(shù)敏感性分析選取兩條實(shí)際地震波和一條人工波,利用時(shí)程分析法獲得模型在三種地震波作用下的響應(yīng)。得到立式儲(chǔ)液罐沿罐壁高度方向的加速度、位移、應(yīng)力和速度的極值曲線,并對(duì)典型節(jié)點(diǎn)的時(shí)程響應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析。然后進(jìn)行參數(shù)敏感性分析,了解各參數(shù)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)的影響程度。3.立式儲(chǔ)液罐罐液簡(jiǎn)化及地基簡(jiǎn)化模型地震動(dòng)響應(yīng)分析建立立式儲(chǔ)液罐的罐液簡(jiǎn)化模型及地基簡(jiǎn)化模型,并對(duì)簡(jiǎn)化模型進(jìn)行固有特性分析,驗(yàn)證模型的正確性,然后對(duì)簡(jiǎn)化模型進(jìn)行地震動(dòng)響應(yīng)分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy, the demand for oil and natural gas and other energy resources in the world is deepening day by day.Vertical liquid storage tanks are essential industrial liquid storage facilities for oil, petrochemical and related enterprises. Its demand is increasing day by day. Vertical storage tanks are mostly used to store dangerous goods, once damaged, it will not only cause fire, economic losses and other direct disasters; It will also cause secondary disasters such as environmental pollution. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the earthquake resistance of large vertical storage tanks. In this paper, based on structural modal analysis, the effect of three-dimensional earthquake excitation is considered by using the large-scale finite element analysis software Adina. The finite element model and simplified model of opposite-type liquid storage tank are used to analyze the ground motion response, and the parameter sensitivity of the opposite tank is analyzed. To understand the influence of each parameter on the structural response, to provide theoretical basis for seismic design and engineering practice of the structure. 1. The modal analysis of vertical liquid storage tank is carried out with ADINA finite element software. The finite element model of large vertical liquid storage tank is established, the finite element model of different volume vertical liquid storage tank is established, the modal analysis is carried out, the first ten vibration modes of the tank are obtained, and the frequency of the model is compared with the standard algorithm. To verify the correctness of the model. The influence of various parameters on the inherent characteristics of liquid storage tanks is analyzed. Provide the basis for the vibration characteristic analysis of the vertical liquid storage tank system. 2. Two actual seismic waves and one artificial wave are selected for the seismic response and parameter sensitivity analysis of the vertical liquid storage tank. The response of the model under three kinds of seismic waves was obtained by time-history analysis. The acceleration, displacement, stress and velocity of the vertical storage tank along the height of the tank wall were obtained, and the extreme value curves of the acceleration, displacement, stress and velocity were obtained. The time-history response of typical nodes is analyzed, and then the sensitivity of parameters is analyzed. To understand the influence of the parameters on the structural response .3.The analysis of the ground motion response of the simplified model of the vertical tank and the simplified foundation of the liquid tank, the simplified model of the vertical tank and the simplified model of the foundation are established, and the natural characteristics of the simplified model are analyzed. The correctness of the model is verified, and then the seismic response of the simplified model is analyzed.
