【摘要】：深井、超深井尾管固井作業(yè)中施工壓力高,井口固井水泥頭的操作難度和安全風險較大,為此,在對常規(guī)水泥頭機械結(jié)構(gòu)進行改進的基礎(chǔ)上研制了遠程控制水泥頭,結(jié)合水泥頭機械結(jié)構(gòu)的特點設(shè)計了氣動驅(qū)動系統(tǒng),并采用無線通訊控制技術(shù)進行氣動驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)遠程操控,從而實現(xiàn)遠程控制水泥頭投塞、投球和固井管匯通斷。室內(nèi)測試結(jié)果表明,遠程控制水泥頭滿足現(xiàn)場試驗要求。遠程控制水泥頭在某地熱井固井作業(yè)中進行了現(xiàn)場試驗,通過遠程控制水泥頭控制終端,順利完成了各項功能動作,達到了設(shè)計使用要求。遠程控制水泥頭的成功研制,為井口高壓環(huán)境下固井作業(yè)安全提供了保障。
[Abstract]:The operation pressure is high and the operation difficulty and safety risk of cementing head are high in deep well and ultra-deep well tail pipe consolidation operation. For this reason, a remote control cement head is developed on the basis of improving the mechanical structure of conventional cement head. Combined with the characteristics of mechanical structure of cement head, the pneumatic drive system is designed, and the remote control of pneumatic drive system is carried out by wireless communication control technology, so as to realize remote control of cement head plug. The laboratory test results show that the remote control cement head meets the field test requirements. The remote control cement head is tested in the field during the cementing operation of a geothermal well, and the cement head control terminal is remotely controlled. The successful development of the remote control cement head provides a guarantee for the safety of cementing operation under the high pressure environment of the wellhead.
