小直徑油管水力噴射壓裂摩阻分析

【摘要】:近年來我國各大油田都進(jìn)入開采的中后期,開采的地質(zhì)條件和物性越來越差,滲透率越來越低,對儲層進(jìn)行有效的改造是開采低滲透油田的有效手段。水力噴射壓裂技術(shù)是20世紀(jì)90年代末發(fā)展起來的增產(chǎn)改造技術(shù),現(xiàn)如今該技術(shù)廣泛的被使用在我國的各大油田。然而常規(guī)油管的水力噴射壓裂技術(shù)在針對一些特殊井的施工的過程中會遇到很多困難,例如小井眼井、套變井、套破井等。研究小直徑油管水力噴射壓裂技術(shù)對該類井的改造有著重要的意義。本文針對研究區(qū)仍60.32mm的小直徑油管水力噴射壓裂施工為例,優(yōu)化摩阻計算公式,并利用Fluent軟件對管柱及噴嘴內(nèi)液體流態(tài)進(jìn)行模擬分析,得到以下成果認(rèn)識:(1)優(yōu)化摩阻計算公式更加適應(yīng)研究區(qū)小直徑油管水力噴射壓裂的摩阻計算。(2)對管柱內(nèi)流體進(jìn)行模擬,重點觀察分析節(jié)箍處流體流態(tài),發(fā)現(xiàn)節(jié)箍處壓力、速度變化劇烈,摩阻較大,與節(jié)箍磨損情況一致。(3)對噴嘴處液體流態(tài)進(jìn)行模擬,壓力在噴嘴處驟然變化,證明此處壓降明顯。(4)對(?)60.32mm小直徑油管水力噴射壓裂進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場試驗,施工成功,壓力穩(wěn)定,得出所優(yōu)化公式的適用性。本文研究成果為小直徑油管的摩阻計算及排量預(yù)測提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the major oil fields in China have entered the middle and late stage of exploitation, the geological conditions and physical properties of exploitation are getting worse and worse, and the permeability is getting lower and lower. Effective modification of reservoir is an effective means to exploit low permeability oil fields. Hydraulic jet fracturing is a new technology developed in late 1990s to increase production. Nowadays, this technology is widely used in the major oil fields in China. However, the conventional tubing hydraulic injection fracturing technology will encounter many difficulties in the process of construction of some special wells, such as small hole wells, casing wells. The study of hydraulic injection fracturing with small diameter tubing is of great significance to the revamping of this kind of well. In this paper, the friction calculation formula is optimized for the hydraulic injection fracturing of small diameter tubing in the study area, which is still 60.32 mm. By using Fluent software to simulate the fluid flow in the pipe string and the nozzle, the following results are obtained: 1) optimizing the friction calculation formula is more suitable for the friction calculation of hydraulic jet fracturing of small diameter tubing in the study area. By observing and analyzing the fluid flow state at the pinch, it is found that the pressure at the pinch has a sharp change in velocity, and the friction resistance is larger. The fluid flow state at the nozzle is simulated in accordance with the wear of the pinch. The pressure changes suddenly at the nozzle. Proof that the pressure drop here is obvious. The hydraulic jet fracturing of 60.32mm small diameter tubing was carried out on the spot, the operation was successful, the pressure was stable, and the applicability of the optimized formula was obtained. The research results in this paper provide the basis for the calculation of friction resistance and the prediction of displacement of small diameter tubing.
