【摘要】：為了明確新型固井沖洗液評(píng)價(jià)裝置的適用范圍,根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)裝置內(nèi)筒外壁面處與固井環(huán)空壁面剪切速率相等的原理,結(jié)合羅伯遜-斯蒂夫流變模式推導(dǎo)了沖洗液為牛頓、賓漢和冪律流體時(shí)其在內(nèi)筒外壁處剪切速率的計(jì)算公式,并分析了不同流變模式?jīng)_洗液內(nèi)筒外壁面處剪切速率與固井環(huán)空壁面剪切速率的誤差。分析結(jié)果為:當(dāng)沖洗液為牛頓流體時(shí),評(píng)價(jià)裝置在內(nèi)筒外壁面處的剪切速率與固井界面處相等,不存在理論誤差;當(dāng)沖洗液為賓漢和冪律流體時(shí),評(píng)價(jià)裝置內(nèi)筒外壁面處的剪切速率大于固井界面處,且剪切速率增量與內(nèi)外筒間隙和沖洗液流變性質(zhì)有關(guān);當(dāng)評(píng)價(jià)裝置外內(nèi)筒半徑比限定在1.04~1.20時(shí),沖洗液為冪律流體且流性指數(shù)大于0.6或?yàn)橘e漢流體且動(dòng)塑比小于1Pa/(mPa·s)時(shí),剪切速率相對(duì)誤差在10%以內(nèi)。研究結(jié)果表明,評(píng)價(jià)裝置外內(nèi)筒半徑比越小,相對(duì)誤差越小,其適用范圍越大。
[Abstract]:In order to clarify the applicable range of the new cementing flushing fluid evaluation device, according to the principle that the shear rate is equal between the outer wall of the inner cylinder and the hollow wall of the cementing ring, the washing fluid is Newton based on the Robertson Steve rheological model. The formula for calculating shear rate of Bingham and power law fluid at the outer wall of the inner cylinder, The error between the shear rate at the inner wall of the flushing fluid with different rheological models and the shear rate at the wall of the cementing annulus is analyzed. The results are as follows: when the flushing fluid is Newtonian fluid, The shear rate at the outer wall of the inner cylinder is equal to that at the cementing interface, and there is no theoretical error, and when the flushing fluid is Bingham and power-law fluid, the shear rate at the outer wall of the inner cylinder is larger than that at the cementing interface. The shear rate increment is related to the inner and outer cylinder clearance and the rheological properties of the flushing fluid, when the radius ratio of the inner tube outside the device is limited to 1.04-1.20, the flushing fluid is a power-law fluid with a flowability index greater than 0.6 or a Bingham fluid with a dynamic plastic ratio of less than 1 Pa / MPA 路s. The relative error of shear rate is less than 10%. The results show that the smaller the radius ratio, the smaller the relative error and the wider the range of application.
