【摘要】：針對(duì)油氣田酸化返排液p H值低、腐蝕性強(qiáng)且伴有大量強(qiáng)刺激性酸氣產(chǎn)生引起的環(huán)境傷害及返排殘酸液綜合處理難度大的問題,以蘇東區(qū)塊三口酸化氣井為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行了殘酸返排規(guī)律和組成性質(zhì)分析、殘酸液處理效果評(píng)價(jià)及殘酸氣處理工藝參數(shù)計(jì)算。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了殘酸液以"中和沉淀+曝氣氧化+絮凝沉降+精細(xì)過濾+污泥脫水",和殘酸氣以"塔式噴淋"為主的處理工藝,并研發(fā)了一套返排殘酸撬裝式在線回用處理流程和設(shè)備�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用表明,該工藝具有流程簡(jiǎn)單、處理效率高、成本低等特點(diǎn),可有效減少和杜絕殘酸危害,且處理后的液體可用于配制壓裂液。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of low pH value of acidified regurgitation fluid in oil and gas field, strong corrosiveness and environmental damage caused by a large amount of strong irritating acid gas and the difficulty of comprehensive treatment of residual acid solution, three acidified gas wells in Sudong block are taken as the research object. The regurgitation law and composition property of residual acid were analyzed. On the basis of the evaluation of the treatment effect of residual acid solution and the calculation of technological parameters of residual acid gas treatment, it was put forward that the residual acid solution dewatered by "fine filtration sludge dewatering by neutralizing precipitation by aeration oxidation flocculation" and the residual acid gas by "tower spray". "the main treatment process, The field application shows that the process is simple, the treatment efficiency is high and the cost is low, which can effectively reduce and eliminate the harm of residual acid. The treated liquid can be used to prepare fracturing fluid.
