電、氣雙驅(qū)動(dòng)型盤剎液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:目前石油鉆機(jī)液壓盤剎的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)均是通過(guò)電機(jī)帶動(dòng)液壓泵產(chǎn)生壓力。常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)是配備兩臺(tái)泵組,互為備用,這種形式雖有雙泵的冗余設(shè)計(jì),但驅(qū)動(dòng)的最終源頭都是電力。并且一般在使用過(guò)程中,泵啟動(dòng)后就不能停止,系統(tǒng)需持續(xù)提供壓力,如果停電或沒(méi)電時(shí)系統(tǒng)將無(wú)法工作。因此將傳統(tǒng)的雙泵形式設(shè)計(jì)為主泵為電機(jī)泵、備用泵為氣動(dòng)泵的雙驅(qū)動(dòng)形式,保證了剎車設(shè)備在停電或沒(méi)電的狀態(tài)環(huán)境下仍能工作。同時(shí)提高泵壓、增大蓄能器容量,采用減壓閥實(shí)現(xiàn)高壓儲(chǔ)能低壓使用,既能讓主泵實(shí)現(xiàn)間歇性工作,又能克服氣動(dòng)泵流量較小的限制。氣動(dòng)泵的驅(qū)動(dòng)壓力小,不會(huì)產(chǎn)生漏電和操作上的危險(xiǎn)。此設(shè)計(jì)既節(jié)省了電力,又起到節(jié)能減排的效果。
[Abstract]:At present, the power system of hydraulic disc brake of oil drilling rig is driven by motor to generate pressure. Conventional design is equipped with two sets of pumps, which are each other's reserve, although there is redundant design of double pumps in this form. But the ultimate source of the drive is electricity. And in general, during use, the pump cannot be stopped after it is started, and the system needs to provide continuous pressure. If the system is unable to work when power is off or without electricity, the traditional dual pump is designed as a motor pump, and the backup pump is a double drive form of a pneumatic pump. It ensures that the brake equipment can still work under the condition of power failure or no electricity. At the same time, the pump pressure is increased, the accumulator capacity is increased, and the pressure reducing valve is adopted to realize the use of high pressure energy storage and low pressure, so that the main pump can work intermittently. This design can not only save electricity but also save energy and reduce emission.
