溫度對(duì)原油四組分高壓熱解性能的影響

【摘要】:在30 MPa壓力下對(duì)塔里木原油四組分進(jìn)行封閉體系的熱解實(shí)驗(yàn),通過氣相色譜(GC)和氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜(GC/MS)分別對(duì)原油四組分熱解反應(yīng)的氣體產(chǎn)物及飽和分熱解過程的液態(tài)產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行分析.結(jié)果表明:原油四組分熱解氣體產(chǎn)物中C1組分產(chǎn)率明顯高于C2~C5組分,氣體產(chǎn)物中C1~C2組分的產(chǎn)率及氣體總產(chǎn)率隨熱解溫度升高而增加;在溫度高于450℃時(shí),四組分總產(chǎn)氣率的大小順序?yàn)?瀝青質(zhì)飽和分芳香分膠質(zhì).隨熱解溫度升高,飽和分中的主要組分C12~C18的反應(yīng)程度加劇.在410℃時(shí),飽和分熱解以裂解反應(yīng)為主,在大于490℃時(shí),裂解和縮合反應(yīng)程度都在增加,導(dǎo)致氣相產(chǎn)物的產(chǎn)率提高及液相產(chǎn)物中主要組分向大分子烴類轉(zhuǎn)移;且溫度升高,液態(tài)產(chǎn)物分布的離散程度增加.
[Abstract]:The pyrolysis experiments of four components of Tarim crude oil were carried out under 30 MPa pressure. Gas products from pyrolysis of crude oil and liquid products from saturated pyrolysis of crude oil were analyzed by gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (GC / MS) respectively. The results showed that C1 group was the pyrolysis product of crude oil. The yield of C _ 2 C _ 5 was higher than that of C _ 2 C _ 5. The yields of C _ (1) C _ (2) and C _ (1) C _ (2) and the total gas yield of C _ (1) C _ (2) increase with the increase of pyrolysis temperature, and when the temperature is above 450 鈩,
