【摘要】：針對(duì)現(xiàn)階段蠟沉積模擬軟件計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)繁冗、不能動(dòng)態(tài)而直觀反映原油管道內(nèi)壁蠟沉積情況的缺點(diǎn),以及蠟結(jié)晶特性和管道非穩(wěn)態(tài)溫度場(chǎng)的特點(diǎn),以面向?qū)ο笄乙允录?qū)動(dòng)為機(jī)制的可視化程序設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言Visual Basic 2005(8.0)為平臺(tái),選用分段迭代計(jì)算方法,利用可與DataGrid對(duì)象關(guān)聯(lián)的MSChart控件設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)蠟沉積預(yù)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的圖形化顯示.對(duì)單位溫降析蠟量的實(shí)測(cè)值和計(jì)算值進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,數(shù)據(jù)曲線(xiàn)分布規(guī)律基本一致,且二者相差最大值約為0.7%,結(jié)果表明軟件計(jì)算結(jié)果有效、數(shù)據(jù)精度較高,且具有監(jiān)測(cè)直觀、操作方便的特點(diǎn).
[Abstract]:At present, the wax deposition simulation software to calculate the data cannot reflect the dynamic and complex, the inner wall of the wax deposition of crude oil pipeline defects, and characteristics of wax crystallization properties and pipeline unsteady temperature field, using object-oriented and event driven mechanism for the Visual programming language visual Basic 2005 (8) as the platform, selection of calculation method iterative segmentation and MSChart control design, the associated DataGrid object and realize prediction of wax deposition data graphical display. And the calculated values were compared to measured drop of wax precipitation temperature value of the number of units, according to the distribution rules are basically the same, and the two is the maximum value is about 0.7%, the results show that the software calculation results the effective data, high precision, and has the visual monitoring, easy to operate.
