滑套固井選擇性壓裂技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:滑套固井分段壓裂技術(shù)是指將滑套與套管柱串聯(lián),下放到預定位置,固井候凝后,依靠投球、拖動管柱等方式逐一打開滑套進行分段壓裂。與裸眼分段壓裂相比,滑套固井分層壓裂具有完井管柱結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、井眼適應(yīng)性強、適合大規(guī)模壓裂等優(yōu)勢,對于非常規(guī)油氣資源經(jīng)濟開發(fā)具有重要意義。本文針對國內(nèi)外前人的一些研究成果,對不同的滑套固井分層壓裂工藝技術(shù)進行了分析對比,選擇全通徑可開關(guān)滑套固井分層壓裂工藝技術(shù)進行了專項研究。機械式可開關(guān)滑套內(nèi)徑與相連套管一致,依靠內(nèi)管柱拖動開關(guān)工具開、關(guān)滑套;后期可通過開、關(guān)滑套,進行生產(chǎn)調(diào)節(jié)。與裸眼分段壓裂和投球式滑套固井分段壓裂相比,在后期生產(chǎn)調(diào)節(jié)方面優(yōu)勢明顯。針對蘇里格氣田81/2″井眼下51/2″套管的直井設(shè)計了滑套固井分層完井壓裂工藝。重點針對機械式可開關(guān)滑套多次開關(guān)的高壓密封件壽命,滑套內(nèi)筒的可靠鎖定進行了設(shè)計和試驗,通過組合密封和彎曲梁鎖定機構(gòu)解決了滑套密封和鎖定難題。針對可開關(guān)滑套開展了開、關(guān)工藝研究,設(shè)計了機械式開關(guān)工具和液壓式開關(guān)工具。針對滑套固井,設(shè)計了配套固井膠塞。圍繞直井滑套固井分層壓裂,開展了滑套校深,開關(guān)作業(yè)等工藝研究,形成了一套81/2″井眼的滑套固井分層壓裂技術(shù)。進行了一口井的現(xiàn)場試驗和分析總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Slide casing cementing fracturing technology means that the sliding casing and casing string are connected in series to a predetermined position, and after cementing, the sliding casing is opened one by one by throwing ball and dragging pipe string to carry out fracturing. Sliding casing cementing and stratified fracturing has the advantages of simple completion string structure, strong hole adaptability, suitable for large-scale fracturing and so on, which is of great significance for the economic development of unconventional oil and gas resources. This paper analyzes and compares the different fracturing technology of sliding casing cementing, and selects the full diameter switchable slide casing cementing technology for special research. The mechanical switchable slide casing inner diameter is the same as the connected casing. Depending on the internal pipe string to drive the switch tool to open and close the slide sleeve; in the later stage, the production can be adjusted by opening and closing the slide sleeve. Compared with the open hole fracturing and the ball type slide casing cementing fracturing, The advantage of late production regulation is obvious. For the straight well of 81/2 "current 51/2" casing in Sulige Gas Field, a sliding casing cementing and completion fracturing technology is designed. The emphasis is on the life of high pressure seals with mechanical switchable sliding casing multiple switches. The reliable locking of sliding sleeve inner cylinder is designed and tested, and the problems of sliding sleeve seal and lock are solved by combination seal and bending beam locking mechanism. The mechanical switch tool and hydraulic switch tool are designed. For sliding casing cementing, a complete set of cementing rubber plug is designed. A set of 81/2 "slip casing cementing and stratified fracturing technology was formed, and the field test and analysis of a well were carried out.
