【摘要】:直線電動機是由普通旋轉(zhuǎn)電動機演變而來的。本文分析了游梁式抽油機使用中存在的問題以及直線電機的研究現(xiàn)狀。由于圓筒形直線電機具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、易于控制等特點,在許多場合有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。本文所研究的用于舉升的圓筒形直線電機就是其中的一種嘗試。在對直線電機原理研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用線性分析法和有限元法兩種方法建立了電機磁場模型并進行計算;趫A筒型直線電動機的結(jié)構(gòu)形式和特點,從能量平衡的角度建立了等效電路,計算得到了等效電路參數(shù)。在前面研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對影響電機性能的各項參數(shù)進行分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了井下潛油往復(fù)泵舉升系統(tǒng),并給出了該系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計所需要的各種理論計算方法,油井流入動態(tài)的計算、多相垂直管流的計算、泵的設(shè)計、直線電機的選型、流體溫度場計算等。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對現(xiàn)場需要,提出了優(yōu)化設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)、功能并予以實現(xiàn)。最后分析了現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用潛油往復(fù)泵的效果。井下潛油往復(fù)泵系統(tǒng)可以有效地解決有桿泵舉升中存在的管桿偏磨、效率低、能耗高等問題。
[Abstract]:The linear motor is evolved from the ordinary rotary motor. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the use of beam pumping unit and the research status of the linear motor. Because the cylindrical linear motor has the characteristics of simple structure and easy control, etc. The cylindrical linear motor which is studied in this paper is one of the attempts. On the basis of the research on the principle of linear motor, The magnetic field model of the motor is established by linear analysis method and finite element method. Based on the structure and characteristics of cylindrical linear motor, the equivalent circuit is established from the angle of energy balance. The equivalent circuit parameters are calculated. On the basis of the previous research, the parameters affecting the performance of the motor are analyzed. On this basis, the underground submersible reciprocating pump lift system is designed. Various theoretical calculation methods needed for optimal design of the system, calculation of oil well inflow performance, calculation of multiphase vertical pipe flow, design of pump, selection of linear motor, calculation of fluid temperature field, etc. According to the needs of the field, the structure, function and realization of the optimal design system are put forward. Finally, the effect of the application of the submersible reciprocating pump in the field is analyzed. The downhole submersible reciprocating pump system can effectively solve the pipe rod eccentric wear in the rod pump lift. Low efficiency, high energy consumption and other problems.
