孕鑲金剛石鉆頭切削力學(xué)研究

【摘要】:孕鑲金剛石鉆頭切削力學(xué)研究是解決深部難鉆地層高效鉆進(jìn)問(wèn)題的有效途徑。孕鑲金剛石鉆頭切削力學(xué)性能的優(yōu)劣從根本講要取決于其切削元件的性能,本文通過(guò)大量的孕鑲金剛石切削元件鉆巖單元實(shí)驗(yàn),系統(tǒng)地開(kāi)展了孕鑲金剛石切削元件切削力學(xué)性能測(cè)試評(píng)價(jià)方法研究,研究了“微切削”破巖方式下金剛石粒度、濃度、鉆壓和轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)鉆頭切削效率和耐磨性能的影響關(guān)系,以及鉆頭與不同強(qiáng)度條件的巖石適應(yīng)性關(guān)系。從切削性能出發(fā),提出了孕鑲金剛石切削元件切削效率和耐磨性能分析評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,并分析得出了鉆頭切削效率和耐磨性與不同巖石相適應(yīng)的最優(yōu)因素水平組合;從切削力出發(fā),分析并建立了孕鑲齒和孕鑲金剛石鉆頭切削力經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)P?揭示了巖石切削力學(xué)行為,從而對(duì)孕鑲金剛石鉆頭破巖機(jī)理有了更本質(zhì)的認(rèn)識(shí)。 本文研究工作主要包括: 1.研究了影響孕鑲金剛石鉆頭鉆進(jìn)性能的主要因素,并分析了其切削巖石的基本原理,以及孕鑲金剛石鉆頭在鉆進(jìn)過(guò)程中的主要失效形式。 2.對(duì)西南石油大學(xué)鉆頭實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)進(jìn)行改造設(shè)計(jì),加裝水力循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、測(cè)試與控制系統(tǒng)等;根據(jù)實(shí)際孕鑲金剛石鉆頭工作原理,設(shè)計(jì)室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)用孕鑲微鉆頭;根據(jù)性能測(cè)試要求,設(shè)計(jì)扭矩和軸向力測(cè)量傳感器,為實(shí)驗(yàn)奠定裝備基礎(chǔ)。 3.孕鑲金剛石切削元件鉆巖單元實(shí)驗(yàn)方法研究,結(jié)合室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)條件,進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試、實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理、以及切削效率和耐磨性能實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)方法研究。 4.孕鑲齒切削力實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,建立了單顆孕鑲齒的切削力經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)P?然后對(duì)鉆頭上所有齒的力矢量求和,建立了孕鑲金剛石鉆頭的切削力經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)P汀?5.針對(duì)兩只同尺寸的PDC鉆頭和孕鑲金剛石鉆頭,分別進(jìn)行了模擬鉆井條件下工作載荷的測(cè)試室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)切削力經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)P瓦M(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:The research on cutting force of impregnated diamond bit is an effective way to solve the problem of high efficiency drilling in deep difficult formation. In this paper, a large number of diamond cutting element drilling unit experiments are carried out to systematically study the testing and evaluating method of cutting mechanical properties of impregnated diamond cutting elements, and the diamond particle size and concentration under "micro-cutting" rock breaking mode are studied. The influence of drilling pressure and rotating speed on the cutting efficiency and wear resistance of bit, and the relationship between bit and rock adaptability under different strength conditions. An experimental method for the analysis and evaluation of cutting efficiency and wear resistance of diamond cutting elements with impregnated diamond is put forward, and the optimum combination of cutting efficiency and wear resistance of bit with different rock is obtained. The empirical models of cutting force of impregnated diamond bit and impregnated diamond bit are analyzed and established, and the cutting force behavior of rock is revealed. Thus, the mechanism of rock breaking of impregnated diamond bit is understood in essence. The research work of this paper mainly includes:. 1. The main factors affecting the drilling performance of impregnated diamond bit are studied, and the basic principle of rock cutting and the main failure modes of diamond impregnated diamond bit in the drilling process are analyzed. 2. The experiment machine of drill bit in Southwest Petroleum University is reformed and designed, the hydraulic circulation system, the test and control system are installed, and according to the working principle of diamond bit, the microdrill is used for experiment in the design room. According to the requirement of performance test, the torque and axial force measuring sensors are designed to lay the equipment foundation for the experiment. 3. The experimental method of diamond cutting element drilling unit is studied, and the experimental test, experimental data processing, cutting efficiency and wear resistance evaluation method are carried out in combination with laboratory experimental conditions. 4. Experimental study on cutting force of impregnated diamond bit is carried out. The empirical model of cutting force for a single impregnated diamond bit is established, and then the force vector of all teeth on the bit is summed up, and the empirical model of cutting force for a diamond impregnated bit is established. 5. Two PDC bits of the same size and impregnated diamond bit were tested under simulated drilling conditions, and the empirical model of cutting force was tested.
