頁巖人工裂縫應力敏感評價方法

【摘要】:頁巖儲層具有低滲致密、無壓裂不產氣的特點,需要大型壓裂改造產生易于氣體流動的人工裂縫。為了定量化研究頁巖人工裂縫應力敏感性,通過室內相似物理模擬實驗,分析了人工裂縫寬度、滲透率、孔隙度隨有效應力的變化規(guī)律。研究表明:無支撐人工裂縫初始滲透率相差不大,應力敏感變化規(guī)律一致,巖心滲透率提高幅度隨應力的增加迅速下降,頁巖造縫巖心應力敏感性極強;裂縫加入支撐劑后,初始滲透率相差較大,應力敏感性變弱,裂縫導流能力增加巨大;支撐劑破碎后有部分發(fā)生了彈性變形,對裂縫表面起到了較好的支撐作用。
[Abstract]:Shale reservoir has the characteristics of low permeability and compact, no fracturing and no gas production, so it is necessary for large-scale fracturing to produce artificial fractures that are easy to flow gas. In order to quantitatively study the stress sensitivity of shale artificial fractures, laboratory similar physical simulation experiments are carried out. The variation law of artificial fracture width, permeability and porosity with effective stress is analyzed. The increasing range of core permeability decreases rapidly with the increase of stress, and the stress sensitivity of shale fracturing core is very strong, the initial permeability difference is larger, the stress sensitivity becomes weaker, and the fracture conductivity increases greatly after adding proppant to the fracture. Some elastic deformation occurred after the breakage of the proppant, which played a better supporting role on the crack surface.
