油田環(huán)保作業(yè)井口配套裝置研究

【摘要】:本文研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外油田及相關(guān)公司機(jī)構(gòu)研究開(kāi)發(fā)的油田環(huán)保作業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷史及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),確定了油田環(huán)保作業(yè)井口配套裝置的研究方向。根據(jù)大慶油田采油八廠油田環(huán)保作業(yè)的功能需求,結(jié)合采油八廠井口作業(yè)工藝流程及現(xiàn)有井口作業(yè)設(shè)備使用情況,對(duì)油田環(huán)保作業(yè)井口配套裝置進(jìn)行研究。研制了法蘭定位式、整體式和分體式三種油田環(huán)保作業(yè)井口配套裝置。油田環(huán)保作業(yè)井口配套裝置采用分模塊的方式進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),利用管線(xiàn)將各個(gè)模塊連接,達(dá)到快速、高效及協(xié)調(diào)作業(yè)的目的。該配套裝置主要包括井口簡(jiǎn)易平臺(tái)裝置、油管刮油器、抽油桿刮油器。研制的井口簡(jiǎn)易平臺(tái)裝置,包括井口簡(jiǎn)易平臺(tái)和井口集油槽兩部分,環(huán)境適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),有效的收集了溢出井口的油液。根據(jù)井口簡(jiǎn)易平臺(tái)實(shí)際作業(yè)環(huán)境,提出平臺(tái)分析的新方法,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行安全穩(wěn)定性校核。研制的油管刮油器、抽油桿刮油器,在進(jìn)行油管、抽油桿起出作業(yè)時(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)油管、抽油桿在線(xiàn)刮油。基于ANSYS計(jì)算軟件,研究膠芯徑向變形量、膠芯硬度對(duì)刮油膠芯力學(xué)行為的影響規(guī)律。探究油管和抽油桿與刮油膠芯間產(chǎn)生的接觸壓力與膠芯徑向變形量的關(guān)系,油管和抽油桿與刮油膠芯間產(chǎn)生的接觸壓力與膠芯硬度的關(guān)系。完成油田環(huán)保作業(yè)井口配套裝置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證井口配套裝置的實(shí)用性,各個(gè)功能模塊的操作協(xié)調(diào)性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development history and development trend of oilfield environmental protection operation technology developed by domestic and foreign oilfields and related companies are studied. The research direction of well head matching equipment for oil field environmental protection operation is determined. According to the functional requirements of environmental protection operation in Daqing Oil recovery Plant No. 8 Oilfield, combined with the well head operation process and the use of existing wellhead operation equipment in No. 8 Oil recovery Plant, This paper studies the matching device of oil field environmental protection operation wellhead, develops three kinds of oil field environmental protection operation wellhead matching device, flange positioning type, integral type and split type. The oil field environmental protection operation wellhead matching device adopts the method of module to carry on the structure design. Each module is connected by the pipeline to achieve the purpose of fast, efficient and coordinated operation. The matching device mainly includes the well head simple platform device, the tubing oil scraper, the sucker rod oil scraper, and the developed well head simple platform device. It includes two parts: the simple well head platform and the well head oil gathering tank, which have strong adaptability to the environment, and effectively collect the oil flowing from the well head. According to the actual working environment of the well head simple platform, a new method of platform analysis is put forward. The oil tubing wiper, sucker rod oil scraper, oil tubing and sucker rod wiping are realized when the tubing and sucker rod are up and out. Based on the ANSYS software, the radial deformation of rubber core is studied. The influence of hardness of rubber core on mechanical behavior of rubber core is studied. The relationship between contact pressure between tubing and sucker rod and rubber core and radial deformation of rubber core is investigated. The relationship between the contact pressure between tubing and sucker rod and the rubber core and the hardness of rubber core. The field test of well head matching device for oil field environmental protection operation is completed to verify the practicability of well head matching device and the operation coordination of each function module.
