基于色譜技術(shù)的油碼頭海域溢油預(yù)警系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:港口碼頭是傳統(tǒng)海上運輸?shù)氖冀K點,各種船舶的?奎c,不管是油輪還是貨輪都會在碼頭停泊,所以這里發(fā)生溢油事故的可能性更大,特別是油碼頭,油碼頭是各種油氣儲運裝卸油品的地方,這里一旦發(fā)生溢油,不僅會影響企業(yè)的正常運轉(zhuǎn),也會給社會環(huán)境造成不可估量的惡劣影響[1]。港口碼頭因其位置的固定性,我們可以實現(xiàn)全天候?qū)崟r監(jiān)測,并對周邊地理位置的勘察,在溢油發(fā)生后的應(yīng)急預(yù)案可以做出預(yù)測,做到預(yù)防為先,應(yīng)急響應(yīng)快,最大程度減輕溢油對港口碼頭區(qū)域壞境的影響。通過對大量文獻的總結(jié)分析,對探測器的優(yōu)劣勢進行了闡述,通過結(jié)合實際碼頭現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計在線溢油監(jiān)測報警系統(tǒng)。隨著近紅外光譜技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和日漸成熟,越來越實現(xiàn)簡單、靈活、靈敏度高,環(huán)保且易于應(yīng)用在現(xiàn)實中等特點。本文具體討論了近紅外技術(shù)的基本原理并探討了紅外技術(shù)應(yīng)用于油碼頭溢油的可行性,并提出一種油碼頭溢油監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案[2]。首先本文首先闡述了溢油的產(chǎn)生及其對環(huán)境、社會等的危害,在做了大量準備工作以及參考國內(nèi)外其他專家學(xué)者的文獻基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合近年來近紅外光譜技術(shù)的日漸成熟發(fā)展結(jié)合當前國內(nèi)外溢油監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)技術(shù)日漸成熟,有基于物理特性的,也有基于油品化學(xué)性質(zhì)的、但開始本課題時有很多選擇,但因為課題要求監(jiān)控可以實現(xiàn)在線監(jiān)控,并對其精確度有較高要求,因此本文先后分析了現(xiàn)已有并應(yīng)用與現(xiàn)實的技術(shù),并汲取已有技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點最終選擇了基于光學(xué)郎伯比爾定理的近紅外光電技術(shù)[3]。并結(jié)合油碼頭實際情況,提出了把近紅外技術(shù)應(yīng)用在油碼頭溢油監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的想法,分析近紅外光譜產(chǎn)生的機理、特性等設(shè)計選取出了監(jiān)測海水溢油特定光譜波段的紅外光譜溢油監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)[4]。本文給出了其硬件,軟件的具體設(shè)計方案,其中溢油監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)核心是選用AT89C52單片機來實現(xiàn)整體的運行[5]。通過這個單片機系統(tǒng),由紅外光電傳感器得到的電信號經(jīng)系統(tǒng)放大、模擬、模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換、運算、最后通過顯示、打印溢油信息,并有開辟專門的數(shù)據(jù)儲存器來儲存溢油監(jiān)控信息。并且為了信息的實用性更高。本系統(tǒng)還設(shè)計了時鐘電路、和看門狗電路。為系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定,精準的預(yù)警提供了保障

With the continuous development of near infrared spectroscopy technology and the increasingly mature, more and more simple, flexible, high sensitivity, environmental protection and easy application in the reality of secondary characteristics. This paper discusses the basic principle of near infrared technology and discusses the feasibility of application of infrared technology in oil terminal oil spill, and put forward a kind of [2]. the design scheme of oil spill monitoring terminal system of the first this paper describes the oil spill and its harm to the environment, society, in the literature based on a lot of preparatory work and refer to the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the other, in combination with near infrared spectroscopy technology development based on the current domestic oil spill monitoring system mature, based on physical properties, chemical properties of oil are based on, but when the subject began to have a lot of choices, but because the requirements of the project can be achieved in monitoring Line monitoring, and have higher requirements on the accuracy, this paper has analyzed the existing and application and practical technology, and to learn from the advantages and disadvantages of existing technology chose near infrared photoelectric technology [3]. optical theorem based on the Lambert Bill combined with the actual situation of oil wharf, put forward the application of near infrared technology in oil dock the oil spill monitoring system idea, mechanism analysis of near infrared spectra of the characteristics, design was selected from IR monitoring marine oil spill specific bands of oil spill monitoring system [4]. this paper presents the hardware and software of the specific design scheme, which is the core of oil spill monitoring system using AT89C52 MCU to realize the whole operation [5]. through the single chip system, the signal obtained by the infrared photoelectric sensor is amplified by the system, simulation, calculation, and finally through the analog-to-digital conversion, display, print and oil spill information. Open up specialized data storage to store oil spill monitoring information, and for the practicability of information. The system also designed clock circuit and watchdog circuit. It provided guarantee for stable and accurate early warning system.
