耐高溫硅烷化瓜爾膠與醚化瓜爾膠壓裂液體系研發(fā)及評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:我國(guó)油氣資源量豐富,擁有巨大的開發(fā)潛力。目前大多數(shù)儲(chǔ)層需要進(jìn)行壓裂改造來(lái)提高產(chǎn)能,壓裂液作為壓裂改造的工作液直接影響著壓裂改造效果。而稠化劑作為壓裂液體系中最主要的成分之一,備受關(guān)注,目前使用最廣泛的稠化劑是瓜爾膠及其衍生物稠化劑,如GG、HPG、CMHPG等等。但它們都有明顯的缺點(diǎn),如耐溫性差、抗剪切性差、殘?jiān)扛、成本昂貴等等。本文在充分調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外瓜爾膠類稠化劑研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)瓜爾膠原粉進(jìn)行了改性研究,并針對(duì)改性瓜爾膠篩選出壓裂液體系的助劑,對(duì)壓裂液體系進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià),取得如下主要成果:(1)對(duì)瓜爾膠進(jìn)行硅烷化改性研究,制備出硅烷化瓜爾膠,并用紅外光譜儀與掃描電鏡對(duì)其進(jìn)行了微觀表征。(2)對(duì)影響硅烷化瓜爾膠性能的反應(yīng)因素進(jìn)行了研究,得到最佳的制備條件為:反應(yīng)物質(zhì)量比為40:1,反應(yīng)溫度100℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間2h。(3)針對(duì)硅烷化瓜爾膠篩選了壓裂液體系主要的助劑,并對(duì)硅烷化瓜爾膠壓裂液體系基礎(chǔ)配方進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。(4)對(duì)硅烷化瓜爾膠壓裂液體系進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該體系適用于160 ℃以下的地層。(5)該體系的破膠性能、殘?jiān)考皵y砂性能進(jìn)行了考察,該體系破膠徹底,殘?jiān)績(jī)H為560mg/L,破膠液表面張力小于28mN/m,并且該體系攜砂能力良好。(6)用硅烷化瓜爾膠壓裂液破膠液的濾液與地層水進(jìn)行了配伍性實(shí)驗(yàn),并進(jìn)行了巖芯滲透率損害評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明該體系與地層水配伍性良好,對(duì)巖芯滲透率有一定程度的損害,但經(jīng)返排后滲透率恢復(fù)情況良好。(7)對(duì)瓜爾膠進(jìn)行醚化改性研究,制備出醚化瓜爾膠,并用紅外光譜儀及掃描電鏡對(duì)其進(jìn)行了微觀表征。(8)對(duì)影響醚化瓜爾膠性能的反應(yīng)因素進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果表明在200mL蒸餾水為溶劑、瓜爾膠加量為2g、氫氧化鈉加量(10%Wt)為1mL、鹵代烴加量(1,3二氯丙醇)為0.18g、四丁基溴化銨加量為32.5mg、反應(yīng)溫度為70℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為6h、堿化時(shí)間30min的條件下得到的醚化瓜爾膠性能最佳。(9)針對(duì)醚化瓜爾膠篩選了壓裂液體系主要的助劑。本文研制的硅烷化瓜爾膠壓裂液體系性能良好,可用于160℃的儲(chǔ)層改造。
[Abstract]:Rich oil and gas resources in China, has great potential for development. At present, most of the reservoirs in need of fracturing to increase productivity, fracturing fluid as working fluid fracturing directly affect the fracturing effect. And thickening agent as one of the most important components of the fracturing fluid system has attracted much attention, currently used thickener is the most widely used thickener guar gum and its derivatives, such as GG, HPG, CMHPG and so on. But they have obvious disadvantages, such as low temperature resistance, shear resistance, high residue content, high cost and so on. The basic research on the status of the agent in the full research at home and abroad, melon thick glue on the shgg was modified, and the modified guar gum fracturing fluid additives were selected, a comprehensive evaluation of the fracturing fluid system, the main achievements are as follows: (1) the modification of guar gum by silylation, prepared silicon Alkylated guar gum, and using infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy of the microscopic characterization. (2) the influence on the performance of silanization reaction of guar gum were studied, the best conditions for the preparation were obtained: the reaction mass ratio was 40:1, the reaction temperature is 100 DEG C, the reaction time for 2h. (3) silane screening of additives of guar gum fracturing fluid system mainly, and the silane based guar fracturing fluid system formula was optimized. (4) the stability evaluation of the silylated guar gum fracturing fluid system, the experimental results show that the system is suitable for 160 DEG formation. (5) gel breaking performance of the system and, the residue content of sand carrying performance were investigated, the system completely broken plastic, the residue content is only 560mg/L, gel breaking liquid surface tension is less than 28mN/m, and the system has good sand carrying ability. (6) the filtrate and formation water gel breaking liquid with silane into guar gum fracturing fluid The compatibility experiments, and the core permeability damage evaluation experiment, the results show that the system has good compatibility with formation water, there is a certain degree of damage to core permeability, but the flowback after the permeability recovery in good condition. (7) the modification of guar gum was prepared by etherification, etherification of guar gum. By using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope for microscopic characterization. (8) the influence on the performance of etherified guar gum reaction were studied, the results indicated that in 200mL distilled water as solvent, guar gum dosage was 2G, dosage of sodium hydroxide (10%Wt) as 1mL, plus the amount of halogenated hydrocarbons (1,3 two chloropropanols) for 0.18g, four Butyl Ammonium Bromide dosage was 32.5mg, reaction temperature 70 C, reaction time 6h, alkalization time 30min are obtained under the conditions of the properties of etherified guar gum. (9) for the screening of guar gum etherification additives are the fracturing fluid system developed in this paper. The silanate guar gum fracturing fluid system has good performance and can be used for reservoir reconstruction at 160 C.
