【摘要】:石油和天然氣是十分重要的能源,這些能源能夠極大的推動(dòng)社會(huì)的發(fā)展。石油和天然氣通常需要遠(yuǎn)距離運(yùn)輸,使用管道運(yùn)輸解決了這個(gè)問(wèn)題。隨著科技的不斷發(fā)展,世界各國(guó)都建立了大量的油氣管道,管道的安全問(wèn)題變得十分重要,但管道長(zhǎng)度十分長(zhǎng),排列錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜,這為管道的檢測(cè)帶來(lái)了困難。本文設(shè)計(jì)了油氣管道綜合數(shù)據(jù)壓縮系統(tǒng)對(duì)管道數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行壓縮,同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)了三維油氣管道形變可視化描述系統(tǒng)模擬出了油氣管道的三維模型,能夠直觀的檢測(cè)到管道形變的位置。首先,需要對(duì)探測(cè)器采集到的管道數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理。由于管道的數(shù)據(jù)量很大,需要將管道數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行壓縮,由此設(shè)計(jì)了油氣管道綜合數(shù)據(jù)壓縮系統(tǒng),這個(gè)系統(tǒng)分為硬件平臺(tái)和軟件平臺(tái)兩個(gè)部分。硬件平臺(tái)通過(guò)串口從軟件平臺(tái)接收油氣管道的形變數(shù)據(jù),使用游程長(zhǎng)度編碼對(duì)油氣管道的形變數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行壓縮,再將壓縮后的數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)串口發(fā)送到軟件平臺(tái),軟件平臺(tái)對(duì)壓縮后的油氣管道形變數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行解壓縮。其次,設(shè)計(jì)了三維油氣管道形變可視化描述系統(tǒng),使用Open GL技術(shù)模擬出油氣管道的三維可視化模型,通過(guò)顏色變化顯示出油氣管道形變的位置,并且從各個(gè)角度對(duì)油氣管道進(jìn)行觀察。最后,將油氣管道綜合數(shù)據(jù)壓縮系統(tǒng)和三維油氣管道形變可視化描述系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行整合,并驗(yàn)證整合后的系統(tǒng)能夠正常運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:Oil and gas are very important sources of energy, which can greatly promote the development of society. Oil and gas usually need to be transported over long distances. Pipeline transportation has solved this problem. With the development of science and technology, a large number of oil and gas pipelines have been established all over the world. The safety of pipelines becomes very important, but the length of pipelines is very long and the arrangement is complicated. This brings difficulties for pipeline detection. In this paper, a comprehensive data compression system for oil and gas pipeline is designed to compress the pipeline data. At the same time, the three-dimensional oil and gas pipeline deformation visualization system is designed to simulate the three-dimensional model of oil and gas pipeline, which can directly detect the location of pipeline deformation. The pipeline data collected by the detector need to be processed. Because of the large amount of pipeline data, the pipeline data need to be compressed, so a comprehensive data compression system for oil and gas pipeline is designed. The system is divided into two parts: hardware platform and software platform. The hardware platform receives the deformation data of oil and gas pipeline through serial port, and compresses the deformation data of oil and gas pipeline using run length coding. Then the compressed data is sent to the software platform through the serial port. The software platform decompresses the compressed oil and gas pipeline deformation data. Secondly, a 3D visualization description system of oil and gas pipeline deformation is designed. The 3D visualization model of oil and gas pipeline is simulated by Open GL technology. The position of oil and gas pipeline deformation is shown by color change, and the oil and gas pipeline is observed from various angles. Finally. The integrated data compression system of oil and gas pipeline and the visualization description system of 3D oil and gas pipeline deformation are integrated and verified that the integrated system can operate normally.
