水平井大規(guī)模連續(xù)壓裂施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:吉林油田在“十二五”期間規(guī)劃了“681”發(fā)展目標(biāo)以及“1356”發(fā)展思路,預(yù)計(jì)在2015年完成突破油氣產(chǎn)量千萬(wàn)噸的目標(biāo)。吉林油田在“十二五”期間為實(shí)現(xiàn)保證千萬(wàn)噸目標(biāo)的完成,將在英臺(tái)斷陷、王府及德惠斷陷、長(zhǎng)嶺斷陷、孤店斷陷和雙遼斷陷等地,探明天然氣地質(zhì)儲(chǔ)量3000億方,發(fā)現(xiàn)石油儲(chǔ)量2億噸,動(dòng)用石油儲(chǔ)量2.448億噸,新建產(chǎn)能686萬(wàn)噸,生產(chǎn)原油3240萬(wàn)噸,天然氣生產(chǎn)能力達(dá)到50億方。由于“十二五”期間勘探開(kāi)發(fā)目標(biāo)以非常規(guī)致密油氣藏為主,火山巖等特殊儲(chǔ)層類(lèi)型油氣藏所占比例逐年加大,產(chǎn)能建設(shè)區(qū)難采儲(chǔ)量比例越來(lái)越大,儲(chǔ)量有效動(dòng)用及開(kāi)發(fā)難度不斷加大,壓裂技術(shù)面臨新的挑戰(zhàn),油氣資源轉(zhuǎn)化、儲(chǔ)量升級(jí)和經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā),關(guān)鍵在于非常規(guī)致密油氣藏壓裂改造技術(shù)的提升與應(yīng)用。因此,“水平井鉆井+完井+分段壓裂一體化”這種壓裂模式逐漸成為低滲透油氣儲(chǔ)量合理動(dòng)用的重要手段。根據(jù)吉林油田探區(qū)施工過(guò)程中儲(chǔ)層的特點(diǎn),發(fā)現(xiàn)在壓裂改造過(guò)程中存在壓力大、施工的時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)(單層/段施工時(shí)間2-3h)、加砂困難、冬季溫度較低(零下25℃)導(dǎo)致施工難度加大等施工難點(diǎn),研究“水平井大規(guī)模連續(xù)壓裂施工技術(shù)”成為滿足吉林探區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)的重中之重。
[Abstract]:Jilin Oilfield has planned "681" development target and "1356" development idea during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. In 2015, the target of ten million tons of oil and gas production is expected to be achieved. In order to ensure the completion of the ten million tons target during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, Jilin Oilfield will be in Yingtai fault depression, Wangfu and Dehui fault depression, Changling fault depression. Gutian fault depression and Shuangliao fault depression and other places proved the geological reserves of natural gas 300 billion square, found 200 million tons of oil reserves, oil reserves of 244.8 million tons, new production capacity of 6.86 million tons. 32.4 million tons of crude oil is produced, and the natural gas production capacity reaches 5 billion square side. The exploration and development targets during the 12th Five-Year Plan period are mainly unconventional tight reservoirs. The proportion of oil and gas reservoirs of volcanic rocks and other special reservoir types is increasing year by year, the proportion of hard-to-recover reserves in productivity construction areas is increasing, the effective production and development of reserves is becoming more and more difficult, and fracturing technology is facing new challenges. The key to oil and gas resource conversion, reserve upgrading and economic development lies in the promotion and application of fracturing technology in unconventional tight reservoirs. The fracturing model of "horizontal well drilling and completion fracturing integration" has gradually become an important means of rational production of low permeability oil and gas reserves.
