玻纖增強柔性管等效簡化模型研究

【摘要】:玻纖增強柔性管作為一種新型海底油氣輸送管道,具有比強度高、柔度大和抗腐蝕性強等特點,因此在深海油氣開發(fā)中具有非常廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。玻纖增強柔性管主要由內(nèi)襯層、增強層和外保護層組成,其中增強層的等效模擬是玻纖增強柔性管設(shè)計成功與否的關(guān)鍵。根據(jù)玻纖增強柔性管的結(jié)構(gòu)特征和材料特性,選取了四種不同的等效簡化模型,對比研究了玻纖增強柔性管在軸向拉壓荷載、彎曲荷載以及內(nèi)壓荷載作用下的力學性能。將不同簡化模型的計算結(jié)果與相應(yīng)的試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行對比,進行等效模型的優(yōu)選。研究結(jié)果表明,在內(nèi)壓載荷和彎曲載荷作用下,基于Halpin-Tsai模型數(shù)值結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果最為接近。在軸向載荷作用下,采用分離式模型或回形模型計算精度更高,若材料達到屈服狀態(tài)時,則建議采用分離式模型進行模擬。
[Abstract]:As a new type of submarine oil and gas pipeline, glass fiber reinforced flexible pipe has the characteristics of high specific strength, high flexibility and strong corrosion resistance. Glass fiber reinforced flexible pipe is mainly composed of inner liner layer, reinforced layer and outer protective layer. The equivalent simulation of the reinforcement layer is the key to the successful design of glass fiber reinforced flexible tube. According to the structural and material characteristics of glass fiber reinforced flexible tube, four different equivalent simplified models are selected. The mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced flexible pipe under axial tension and compression load, bending load and internal pressure load are compared. The calculated results of different simplified models are compared with the corresponding experimental data. The results show that the numerical results based on the Halpin-Tsai model are most close to the experimental results under the action of internal pressure and bending load. The separation model or the return model is more accurate, if the material reaches the yield state, it is suggested that the separated model be used for simulation.
