遼河盆地杜813塊超稠油開發(fā)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:遼河油田已探明稠油地質(zhì)儲量10.5億噸,可動用稠油儲量7.4億噸,稠油產(chǎn)量已占遼河盆地總產(chǎn)量的65%以上。杜813塊位于遼河盆地西部凹陷西斜坡,于2003年開始陸續(xù)投入開發(fā),開發(fā)目的層為興隆臺油層,含油面積2.18km2,上報石油地質(zhì)儲量1224×104t,是歡喜嶺采油廠唯一的稠油區(qū)塊。目前采油速度0.79%,采出程度6.75%,為實現(xiàn)杜813塊持續(xù)穩(wěn)產(chǎn),針對杜813塊油藏特性,結(jié)合其開發(fā)歷史及存在的問題,尋求適合本區(qū)塊的開發(fā)方式。稠油區(qū)塊的開發(fā)主要有蒸汽吞吐、蒸汽驅(qū)、氮氣泡沫驅(qū)、二氧化碳吞吐技術(shù)等開發(fā)方式。蒸汽驅(qū)和氮氣泡沫驅(qū)技術(shù)由于對油井的選擇有較大的限制,二氧化碳吞吐技術(shù)對儲層物性要求較高,不適合一般性的稠油油藏開發(fā)。蒸汽吞吐是周期性的將干度為75%的蒸汽注入地層,對油層加熱,以降低其粘度,提高原油流動性進行開采的一種方式,原油采收率通常為25%左右。因此對于超稠油油藏及不適合進行蒸汽驅(qū)開采的稠油油藏,蒸汽吞吐是一種有效的開采方式。杜813塊采用蒸汽吞吐開發(fā)方式以來,目前區(qū)塊主要存在著地層壓力低、原油粘度大,老井排水期長、油井注汽干擾現(xiàn)象逐步加劇、油井出砂現(xiàn)象嚴重、油層吸汽不均、井下技術(shù)狀況差、油井出水原因復雜等問題。根據(jù)杜813區(qū)塊稠油油藏的開發(fā)潛力,并結(jié)合該區(qū)塊油藏條件及區(qū)塊物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)、鉆完井工程、注采工藝技術(shù)、地面工程技術(shù)分析,進行了蒸汽吞吐的適應(yīng)性和可行性研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上進行了試驗,經(jīng)歷了開發(fā)試驗階段、滾動開發(fā)階段、技術(shù)攻關(guān)階段,并采取水平井加密、組合式蒸汽吞吐等措施提高儲量動用程度。

Not all, downhole conditions, the cause of the problem. According to the complex water well Du 813 block reservoir development potential, and combined with the reservoir conditions and block material foundation, drilling engineering, injection production technology. Operation, analysis of surface engineering technology, the adaptability and feasibility study of steam injection, on the basis of the test, through the test development stage, rolling development stage, the stage of technical research, and adopt horizontal encryption, combined steam and other measures to improve the producing degree of reserves.
