【摘要】："一帶一路"沿線地區(qū)包括了我國最重要的國際能源供給區(qū)域,也是我國能源通道面臨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最集中的地區(qū)。本文針對(duì)"一帶一路"沿線12個(gè)石油供給國,基于與中國石油貿(mào)易合作的視角,從收益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)兩個(gè)維度分別構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)體系,綜合分析中美日俄等大國的能源地緣政治格局,構(gòu)建中國國際石油合作收益—風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):從合作收益來看,與沙特阿拉伯未來開展大規(guī)模石油合作收益最高,其次為俄羅斯。從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的評(píng)價(jià)來看,與伊拉克合作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最高,其次為阿塞拜疆和伊朗。通過收益—風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣,將所有國家劃分為高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)—高收益、低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)—高收益、高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)—低收益、低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)—低收益四類,其中沙特阿拉伯、俄羅斯、科威特、哈薩克斯坦為高收益低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)國家,可作為優(yōu)選合作對(duì)象;阿
[Abstract]:The area along the route of "Belt and Road" includes the most important international energy supply area of our country and is also the area where the energy channel of our country faces the most risk. This paper aims at the 12 oil supply countries along the "Belt and Road" route. Based on the perspective of oil trade cooperation with China, this paper constructs an evaluation system from the two dimensions of income and risk, and comprehensively analyzes the energy geopolitical pattern of China, America, Japan, Russia and other big countries. From the point of view of the cooperation income, the future large-scale oil cooperation with Saudi Arabia has the highest return, followed by Russia. From the risk evaluation point of view.
