利用果皮制備環(huán)保型鉆井液處理劑

【摘要】:隨著環(huán)保意識(shí)的增強(qiáng),開(kāi)發(fā)“安全、環(huán)保、高效”的鉆井液技術(shù)愈發(fā)重要,木質(zhì)素、單寧、淀粉、纖維素、植物膠等天然材料深受油田化學(xué)工作者的青睞,已經(jīng)作為重要的環(huán)保型油田化學(xué)材料。本文利用天然植物酚-聚合糖復(fù)合體——果皮作為原料,制備環(huán)保型鉆井液處理劑,探索其制備工藝及其應(yīng)用工藝。本文主要對(duì)柚子皮、橘子皮、核桃青皮、柿子皮四種果皮進(jìn)行干燥粉碎,考察果皮水提取液對(duì)黏土水化的抑制性、果皮處理鉆井液的抗溫性、探索了果皮在常用鉆井液體系(改性淀粉、PAM、雜多糖甙)中應(yīng)用工藝。研究結(jié)果分別為:(1)四種果皮水提取液均對(duì)黏土水化具有較好的抑制性;(2)在果皮處理漿中,隨老化溫度升高,柚子皮增黏、降濾失、耐170℃,橘子皮增黏、降濾失、耐140℃,核桃青皮先增黏后降黏、降濾失、耐160℃,柿子皮增黏、降濾失、耐150℃;(3)在改性淀粉鉆井液中,四種果皮均能強(qiáng)化改性淀粉鉆井液的性能,提高其耐溫性;在PAM鉆井液中,柚子皮和橘子皮與PAM協(xié)同絮凝,核桃青皮與柿子皮增黏降濾失;在雜多糖甙鉆井液中,柚子皮在低溫下增黏降濾失、高溫下降濾失,橘子皮在低溫下增黏降濾失、高溫下不能強(qiáng)化鉆井液性能,核桃青皮和柿子皮在低溫下增黏降濾失、高溫下增黏。通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗(yàn)、極差分析、單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)篩選柚子皮和橘子皮交聯(lián)化改性較適宜反應(yīng)條件,并考察了改性后果皮對(duì)黏土水化的抑制性、探索了其在常用鉆井液體系中應(yīng)用工藝。研究結(jié)果分別為:(1)交聯(lián)化改性后柚子皮水溶膠液黏度增大、抑制性增強(qiáng)、使改性淀粉鉆井液耐溫提高至150℃、與PAM協(xié)同絮凝有所減弱、強(qiáng)化雜多糖甙鉆井液懸浮巖屑性能;(2)交聯(lián)化改性后橘子皮水溶膠液黏度增大、抑制性增強(qiáng)、使改性淀粉鉆井液高溫性能強(qiáng)化、與PAM協(xié)同絮凝有所減弱。此外,以柚子皮為例,初步探索了果皮鉆井液處理劑的制備工藝,為開(kāi)發(fā)新型環(huán)保鉆井液添加劑提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the development of "safe, environmental protection, efficient" drilling fluid technology is increasingly important, lignin, tannin, starch, cellulose, vegetable gum and other natural materials are favored by oil field chemical workers. In this paper, natural phytophenol-polysugar complex-pericarp is used as raw material to prepare environmentally friendly drilling fluid treatment agent. In this paper, grapefruit peel, orange peel, walnut green peel and persimmon peel were dried and crushed to investigate the inhibition of peel water extract on clay hydration. The temperature resistance of pericarp treated drilling fluid was studied and the effect of pericarp on drilling fluid system (modified starch / PAM) was explored. Heteropolyglycosides).
