【摘要】:鉆巖過(guò)程中,由于地層環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性、PDC鉆頭結(jié)構(gòu)的多樣性以及鉆頭與井底巖石相互作用的難預(yù)測(cè)性等因素,導(dǎo)致PDC鉆頭在井下的受載情況和運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律無(wú)法得到直觀地研究,使得PDC鉆頭的設(shè)計(jì)、分析和檢驗(yàn)等過(guò)程缺乏指導(dǎo)和依據(jù)而過(guò)分依賴于經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 本文在充分考慮各類地層巖石特性和鉆頭結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,分別提出了不均質(zhì)、各向異性巖石的三維模型構(gòu)建方法、PDC鉆頭各特征結(jié)構(gòu)的數(shù)字化建模方法以及鉆頭與巖石互作用過(guò)程在幾何、物理方面的數(shù)字化方法,并通過(guò)Matlab編程,完成了包含主切削齒、規(guī)徑齒、緩沖齒和保徑塊等在內(nèi)的全特征PDC鉆頭的模型建立,實(shí)現(xiàn)了包含夾層、礫石層和含孔隙層在內(nèi)的不均質(zhì)巖石以及各向異性巖石的模型建立,并以PDC鉆頭和巖石模型為基本對(duì)象,依托二者的互作用數(shù)字化方法,還原了PDC鉆頭的破巖過(guò)程,得出了PDC鉆頭在設(shè)定參數(shù)下的受載情況和井底、井壁形貌等結(jié)果,并最終完成了“PDC鉆頭數(shù)字鉆巖系統(tǒng)”軟件的開(kāi)發(fā),為PDC鉆頭的設(shè)計(jì)、分析和檢驗(yàn)提供了有力的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the drilling process, due to the complexity of the formation environment, the diversity of the PDC bit structure and the difficult predictability of the interaction between the bit and the bottom rock, etc. As a result, the loading situation and motion law of PDC bit in downhole can not be studied intuitively, which makes the design, analysis and inspection of PDC bit lack of guidance and basis and relies too much on experience. On the basis of fully considering the rock characteristics of various strata and the structure of drill bit, this paper presents a three-dimensional modeling method for heterogeneous and anisotropic rocks. The digital modeling method of each characteristic structure of PDC bit and the digitized method of geometry and physics of the interaction process between bit and rock are completed by Matlab programming. The model of full characteristic PDC bit including diameter teeth, buffer teeth and diameter retaining block is established, and the model of heterogeneous rock and anisotropic rock including intercalation, gravel layer and pore layer is realized. Taking the PDC bit and rock model as the basic object and relying on the digitization method of the interaction between the two, the rock breaking process of the PDC bit is reduced, and the loading condition and the bottom hole of the PDC bit under the setting parameters are obtained. Finally, the software "PDC bit Digital Rock drilling system" is developed, which provides a powerful basis for the design, analysis and test of PDC bit.
