【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,各地對(duì)能源的需求與日俱增。能源的需求量與供給量之間的不平衡也導(dǎo)致了石油、天然氣等能源的遠(yuǎn)距離運(yùn)輸。為了節(jié)省運(yùn)輸成本,保證能源補(bǔ)給的持續(xù)性,除了運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)公路、鐵路、水路運(yùn)輸外,現(xiàn)在廣泛發(fā)展的是長線管線運(yùn)輸。管線對(duì)于流體的運(yùn)輸效率已經(jīng)得到社會(huì)的廣泛認(rèn)可,被稱為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的生命線工程。由于中國地質(zhì)條件比較復(fù)雜,特別是在西部地區(qū),所以管線的長距離運(yùn)輸會(huì)穿越不同的地質(zhì)環(huán)境。有時(shí)出于經(jīng)濟(jì)、施工、地形條件等因素的考慮,不可避免的要穿越滑坡、泥石流、斷層等地質(zhì)災(zāi)害地區(qū)。當(dāng)管線穿越滑坡地區(qū),橫向與縱向穿越方式將對(duì)管線的穩(wěn)定性產(chǎn)生重大的影響,因此研究管線的變形破壞規(guī)律有重要意義。本文利用管線的相關(guān)力學(xué)計(jì)算方法,結(jié)合ABAQUS數(shù)值模擬軟件對(duì)穿越滑坡的油氣管線進(jìn)行了應(yīng)力分析研究。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容有:1、系統(tǒng)地回顧了國內(nèi)外有關(guān)滑坡條件下的油氣管線變形研究方法,介紹了幾種理論計(jì)算方法和有限元數(shù)值方法。2、闡述了油氣管線下滑坡的具體分類和管線變形破壞模式,考慮管線上埋土體作用、管線自身重量、滑坡時(shí)管線下方土體壓力和土與管線間摩擦力等荷載,以此計(jì)算管線橫向及縱向穿越滑坡狀態(tài)下的應(yīng)力與位移。3、采用有限元方法按接觸問題進(jìn)行計(jì)算,計(jì)算管線橫向穿越及縱向穿越滑坡時(shí)的不同滑坡位移、不同滑坡規(guī)模下的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變及位移等規(guī)律。以及管線直徑、厚度、周圍土體材料及管線運(yùn)行壓力等因素對(duì)管線穩(wěn)定性的影響。4、將本文中的分析方法應(yīng)用到某油氣管線穿越T153滑坡工程,對(duì)穿越滑坡的油氣管線進(jìn)行分析研究,計(jì)算并繪制管線的變形破壞曲線,為該工程選線及后期施工監(jiān)測提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the demand for energy is increasing day by day. The imbalance between energy demand and supply also leads to long-distance transportation of oil, natural gas and other energy. In order to save transportation costs. To ensure the sustainability of energy supply, in addition to the use of traditional road, rail, waterway transport, the current extensive development is the long line pipeline transport. Pipeline for fluid transport efficiency has been widely recognized by society. It is called the lifeline project of modern society. Because of the complex geological conditions in China, especially in the western region, the long-distance transportation of pipelines will pass through different geological environments. Terrain conditions and other factors are considered, it is inevitable to pass through the landslide, debris flow, fault and other geological disasters. When the pipeline passes through the landslide area. Transverse and longitudinal crossing mode will have a great impact on the stability of pipeline, so it is very important to study the deformation and failure law of pipeline. In this paper, the related mechanics calculation method of pipeline is used. Combined with ABAQUS numerical simulation software, the stress analysis of oil and gas pipeline crossing landslide is carried out. The main research content of this paper is: 1. This paper systematically reviews the research methods of oil and gas pipeline deformation under landslide condition at home and abroad, and introduces several theoretical calculation methods and finite element numerical method .2. The specific classification and deformation failure mode of the landslide under the oil and gas pipeline are expounded, considering the action of buried soil on the pipeline, the weight of the pipeline itself, the pressure of the soil under the pipeline and the friction between the soil and the pipeline during the landslide. The stress and displacement of pipeline under the condition of transverse and longitudinal crossing landslide are calculated. The finite element method is used to calculate the displacement of different landslide when the pipeline is crossing and crossing the landslide longitudinally. The effects of stress, strain and displacement on the stability of the pipeline under different landslide scales, as well as the diameter and thickness of the pipeline, the surrounding soil material and the operating pressure of the pipeline, etc. The analysis method in this paper is applied to a certain oil and gas pipeline crossing T153 landslide project. The oil and gas pipeline passing through the landslide is analyzed and studied, and the deformation and failure curve of the pipeline is calculated and drawn. It provides reference for route selection and later construction monitoring of the project.
