【摘要】:為滿足超高溫深井鉆井工程的需要,提升抗高溫水基鉆井液的抑制頁巖水化能力,研選了一種新型超高溫頁巖抑制劑HT-HIB該抑制劑分子結(jié)構(gòu)與聚醚二胺類似,端部含有2個胺基,但分子鏈為剛性的環(huán)烷基。通過抑制膨潤土造漿實驗、頁巖滾動分散實驗、頁巖膨脹實驗、壓力傳遞測試、X射線衍射分析黏土層間距、Zeta電位測試和熱重分析等,綜合評價了該頁巖抑制劑的抑制性能,并揭示其作用機理。結(jié)果表明,HT-HIB能抑制泥頁巖水化膨脹和分散,并可在一定程度上阻止壓力傳遞,作用優(yōu)于目前高性能水基鉆井液中使用的聚胺抑制劑;同時HT-HIB可在220℃下保持性能穩(wěn)定。HT-HIB通過端部的胺基單層吸附插入黏土層中,破壞黏土表面水化層結(jié)構(gòu)并排出層間水分子;黏土表面吸附HT-HIB后親水性顯著降低,從而阻止了水分子的吸附;此外,HT-HIB的溶解度隨pH值變化,可使HT-HIB從溶液中析出并堵塞頁巖微孔隙,也有利于阻止液相侵入?傊,HT-HIB借助化學(xué)抑制、潤濕反轉(zhuǎn)以及物理封堵協(xié)同作用,因而表現(xiàn)出突出的抑制性能,為開發(fā)新一代抗高溫高性能水基鉆井液打下了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of ultra-high temperature deep well drilling engineering, the anti-high temperature water-based drilling fluid can improve the ability of inhibiting shale hydration. A novel ultrahigh temperature shale inhibitor, HT-HIB, was selected. The molecular structure of the inhibitor is similar to that of polyether diamine, with two amino groups at the end, but the molecular chain is a rigid naphthenic alkyl. Shale rolling dispersion test, shale expansion test, pressure transfer test, X-ray diffraction analysis of clay layer spacing, Zeta potential test and thermogravimetric analysis were used to evaluate the inhibition performance of the shale inhibitor. The results show that HT-HIB can inhibit the hydration expansion and dispersion of shale and to some extent prevent the pressure transfer. The effect is superior to the polyamine inhibitor used in high performance water-based drilling fluid. At the same time, HT-HIB can keep the stability at 220 鈩,
