【摘要】:利用深層側(cè)鉆水平井技術(shù)不僅能使套損井、停產(chǎn)井、報廢井、低產(chǎn)井等復(fù)活,改善油氣藏開采效率,有效地開發(fā)各類油氣藏,提高采收率和油氣井產(chǎn)量,降低綜合開發(fā)成本,而且縮短施工周期,提高綜合經(jīng)濟效益。本文通過對造斜率分析及水平井井眼軌跡控制理論、深層水平井鉆柱受力分析、深層側(cè)鉆水平井鉆井與完井工藝等方面的研究,形成了一整套以可完全回收式斜向器配合復(fù)式銑錐的基本開窗方式、基于旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)的井眼軌跡漸進控制及隨鉆修正技術(shù)、適宜大慶深層探區(qū)使用的鉆頭與井下動力鉆具序列、針對深層側(cè)鉆開窗側(cè)鉆水平井的事故復(fù)雜預(yù)防方案和技術(shù)措施、尾管封隔器壓裂完井方式為核心的針對大慶深層探區(qū)行之有效的側(cè)鉆水平井鉆井與完井方案。同時,通過一口深層雙分支套管開窗側(cè)鉆水平井的現(xiàn)場試驗,驗證了本論文提出理論的正確性以及相關(guān)技術(shù)的可靠性,解決了深層探區(qū)開窗側(cè)鉆水平井井眼軌跡控制和安全鉆井的難題。
[Abstract]:Using deep sidetracking horizontal well technology can not only revive casing damaged wells, shutdown wells, abandoned wells and low production wells, but also improve oil and gas reservoir production efficiency, effectively develop all kinds of oil and gas reservoirs, and increase oil and gas recovery and oil and gas well production. The comprehensive development cost is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the comprehensive economic benefit is improved. This paper analyzes the stress of drill string in deep horizontal well by analyzing the slope making rate and the theory of horizontal wellbore trajectory control. The research on drilling and completion technology of deep sidetracking horizontal wells has formed a set of basic window opening methods with fully recoverable oblique diameters combined with compound milling cones. The technology of hole trajectory gradual control and drilling correction based on rotary guidance system is suitable for drill bit and downhole power drilling tool sequence used in deep exploration area of Daqing. Aimed at the complex accident prevention scheme and technical measures of deep sidetracking sidetracking horizontal well. The effective drilling and completion scheme of sidetracking horizontal well in deep exploration area of Daqing is the core of the fracturing completion mode of tail pipe Packer. At the same time, the field test of sidetracking horizontal well through a deep double-branch casing is carried out. The correctness of the theory and the reliability of related techniques are verified in this paper, and the problems of hole trajectory control and safe drilling in deep exploration area are solved.
