中高溫油藏高效驅(qū)油微生物SZ2研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以葡萄糖、蛋白胨、酵母粉、磷酸氫二鉀、氯化鈉培育出了高效驅(qū)油微生物SZ2。利用高溫高壓流變儀、棒狀薄層色譜分析儀、旋轉(zhuǎn)滴界面張力儀和動(dòng)態(tài)接觸角測(cè)量?jī)x分析了微生物SZ2對(duì)原油黏度、族組成、油水界面性質(zhì)、乳化性能、潤(rùn)濕性能的影響,并對(duì)微生物趨界面效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了考察。結(jié)果表明,微生物SZ2在60℃時(shí)使原油黏度由1197.0 m Pa·s降低至432.7 m Pa·s,降低了63.9%;20℃下使膠質(zhì)、瀝青質(zhì)總質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)由70.34%下降至67.16%,降低了3.18%;SZ2能夠明顯改善油水界面性質(zhì),55℃下,對(duì)比去離子水,SZ2使得地層水-原油界面張力由40.96 m N/m降至16.72 m N/m,降低了59.18%;使接觸角由中性潤(rùn)濕81.00°下降至親水性20.28°;60℃下,SZ2和原油作用10 d即可使原油完全分散,多方面性能優(yōu)于勝利油田現(xiàn)有驅(qū)油微生物S3,在勝利油田沾3區(qū)塊現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)期間,SZ2使油井綜合含水率由96.1%降為89.1%,16口油井累計(jì)增油量3288 t。
[Abstract]:Using glucose, peptone, yeast powder, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and sodium chloride to produce high efficiency oil displacement microorganism SZ2. The high temperature and high pressure rheometer and rod TLC analyzer were used. The effects of microbial SZ2 on viscosity, family composition, oil-water interface properties, emulsification and wettability of crude oil were analyzed by rotary drop interfacial tension meter and dynamic contact angle tester. The results show that the viscosity of crude oil decreased from 1197.0 MPA 路s to 432.7 MPA 路s by microbial SZ2 at 60 鈩,
