【摘要】:為保證天然氣長輸管線全焊接鍛造球閥在地基沉降、山體滑坡等實(shí)際可能工況下有足夠強(qiáng)度和良好密封性能,基于有力矩理論和彎曲應(yīng)力理論,從強(qiáng)度和密封角度對(duì)全焊接鍛造球閥可承受最大彎曲載荷進(jìn)行理論分析計(jì)算和數(shù)值模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),得到全焊接鍛造球閥同時(shí)滿足強(qiáng)度與密封性能的最大彎曲載荷;通過分析理論載荷值與臨界載荷值得到修正系數(shù)C,求出全焊接鍛造球閥在任意公稱壓力和直徑下可承受最大彎曲載荷.研究表明:在保證強(qiáng)度有效的最大彎曲載荷下,球閥密封性能依然有效;修正系數(shù)的引入彌補(bǔ)了理論計(jì)算無法考慮結(jié)構(gòu)突變、應(yīng)力集中、幾何非線性等因素引起的不足;研究方法彌補(bǔ)了國內(nèi)無法進(jìn)行全焊接鍛造球閥抗彎性能評(píng)估型式試驗(yàn)的不足.
[Abstract]:In order to ensure that the fully welded forged ball valve of long distance natural gas pipeline has sufficient strength and good sealing performance under the actual working conditions such as foundation settlement and landslide, the theory of moment and bending stress is based on. From the angle of strength and seal, the maximum bending load of fully welded forged ball valve can be obtained by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and the maximum bending load of fully welded forged ball valve can meet both strength and sealing performance. By analyzing the theoretical load value and the critical load value to the correction coefficient C. The maximum bending load of the fully welded forged ball valve under any nominal pressure and diameter is obtained. The results show that the sealing performance of the ball valve is still effective under the maximum bending load which ensures the effective strength of the ball valve. The introduction of the correction coefficient makes up for the deficiency caused by the failure of theoretical calculation to consider structural catastrophe, stress concentration, geometric nonlinearity and so on. The research method makes up for the shortage of domestic type test for evaluating the bending resistance of fully welded forging ball valve.
