【摘要】:吉林油田中溫儲(chǔ)層,長(zhǎng)期注水開(kāi)發(fā),竄流嚴(yán)重,無(wú)效水循環(huán)嚴(yán)重,水驅(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)效果差,急需開(kāi)展深部調(diào)剖技術(shù)研究,充分調(diào)研目前凝膠體系的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合油田內(nèi)部服務(wù)公司的生產(chǎn)能力,自主研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)糠醛樹(shù)脂交聯(lián)劑,配置形成中溫高強(qiáng)度凝膠體系,用于注水開(kāi)發(fā)油藏深部調(diào)剖,擴(kuò)大注水波及體積,提高水驅(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)效果。糠醛樹(shù)脂凝膠是在酚醛交聯(lián)體系的基礎(chǔ)上改進(jìn)的一種交聯(lián)體系,室內(nèi)充分應(yīng)用糠醛合成糠醛樹(shù)脂交聯(lián)劑,取代目前應(yīng)用較多的甲醛樹(shù)脂,減少環(huán)境影響?啡(shù)脂是由摩爾比1:1的苯酚和糠醛以及與其質(zhì)量比10%的氫氧化鈉、17%乙醇構(gòu)成。該交聯(lián)體系避免了苯酚甲醛的毒性,具有低毒、刺激性氣味低的特點(diǎn),還具有高彈性,抗拉伸的特性?啡(shù)脂凝膠體系,包括,其特征是在質(zhì)量含量0.15%-0.3%聚丙烯酰胺的水溶液中,加入與其質(zhì)量比0.15%-0.3%的糠醛樹(shù)脂、0.3%-0.4%的有機(jī)鉻交聯(lián)劑、0.1%-0.15%的六亞甲基四胺-硫脲穩(wěn)定劑?啡(shù)脂交聯(lián)劑研制成功,由興業(yè)油服中式生產(chǎn),規(guī);a(chǎn),累計(jì)生產(chǎn)化學(xué)藥劑260噸。為了驗(yàn)證體系的適應(yīng)性,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)選擇6井次,經(jīng)過(guò)工程測(cè)試手段,識(shí)別竄流程度,試驗(yàn)井組主要以微裂縫、高滲條帶為主,針對(duì)性的設(shè)計(jì)凝膠與顆粒形成復(fù)合體系,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)6井次,累計(jì)注入凝膠體系1.27萬(wàn)方,措施后工程指標(biāo)改善明顯,注水壓力增加1MPa,吸水指數(shù)下降15%,增產(chǎn)原油985噸,減水1.9萬(wàn)方?啡(shù)脂凝膠體系,規(guī)模生產(chǎn)與應(yīng)用,有效解決中溫儲(chǔ)層注水開(kāi)發(fā)矛盾,具有較大的應(yīng)用潛力與空間,同時(shí)為興業(yè)公司創(chuàng)效,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益明顯,增加產(chǎn)值720萬(wàn)元。
[Abstract]:Jilin oilfield, long-term water injection development, serious channeling, serious ineffective water circulation, poor water drive development effect, the urgent need to carry out deep profile control technology research, full investigation of the current domestic and foreign gel system research status. Combined with the production capacity of the internal service company of oil field, independent research and development, production of furfural resin crosslinking agent, configuration of the formation of medium-temperature high-strength gel system, for waterflooding development of deep profile control, water injection sweep volume. Furfural resin gel is an improved crosslinking system based on phenolic crosslinking system. Furfural resin crosslinking agent is fully used in laboratory to replace formaldehyde resin which is widely used at present. The furfural resin is composed of phenol and furfural with molar ratio of 1: 1 and sodium hydroxide of 17% ethanol with a mass ratio of 10%. The crosslinking system avoids the toxicity of phenol-formaldehyde and has low toxicity. Furfural resin gels are characterized by low irritability, high elasticity and tensile resistance. The furfural resin gels, including, are characterized in aqueous solutions containing 0.15- 0.3% polyacrylamide by mass. An organic chromium crosslinking agent of 0.3-0.4% was added to the furfural resin with a mass ratio of 0.15 to 0.3%. A 0.1% -0.15% hexamethylenetetraamine thiourea stabilizer and furfural resin crosslinking agent were successfully developed. In order to verify the adaptability of the system, 6 wells were selected in the field, and the degree of channeling was identified by engineering test means. The test well group mainly consisted of microfractures and high permeability bands. The composite system of gel and particle was designed, and the gel system was injected for 6 wells. The engineering index was improved obviously and the water injection pressure increased 1 MPA after the measure. The water absorption index is reduced by 15%, the crude oil is increased by 985 tons and the water is reduced by 190,000 square meters. The scale production and application of furfural resin gel system can effectively solve the contradiction of water injection development in medium-temperature reservoir. It has great application potential and space, and creates effect for Xingye Company at the same time, the economic benefit is obvious, and the output value is increased by 7.2 million yuan.
