【摘要】：為了準(zhǔn)確評(píng)定凹陷管道的承壓能力,開(kāi)展了含凹陷管道全尺寸爆破試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)得出凹陷管道的變形、凹陷區(qū)域應(yīng)變及裂口特征等信息,從而分析凹陷管道失效行為與機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:管道存在的凹陷,在提壓后凹陷區(qū)域相比遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)發(fā)生了較大應(yīng)變,加劇了凹陷周圍的應(yīng)力集中。通過(guò)全尺寸爆破試驗(yàn),確定了管道的屈服壓力為10.1 MPa,爆破壓力為10.5 MPa,結(jié)合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,確定試驗(yàn)用管段的許可承載壓力為3.88 MPa,為保障管道的安全運(yùn)行與工程決策提供了技術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately assess the bearing capacity of sag pipeline, to carry out a full size with depression pipeline test blasting. Deformation test that dented pipeline, depression area strain and breach of information, so as to analyze the pipeline failure behavior and mechanism of depression. The results show that the pipeline has concave, compared to far field has a great strain in pressure sag area, increase the stress concentration around the depression. Through full-scale burst test, determine the yield pressure of the pipeline is 10.1 MPa, the blasting pressure is 10.5 MPa, according to the relevant standards and design specifications, test pipe section for license bearing pressure is 3.88 MPa, provides technical reference for safe operation and project decision to protect the pipeline.
