【摘要】：針對當(dāng)前管道泄漏信號噪聲大、定位誤差大的問題,提出一種提高定位精度的新方法.泄漏信號經(jīng)過總體平均經(jīng)驗?zāi)B(tài)分解(EEMD)之后,可以得到不同尺度的固有模態(tài)函數(shù)(IMF)分量,這些分量與原信號的相關(guān)系數(shù)可以作為信號重構(gòu)的主要依據(jù).這種自適應(yīng)的降噪方法,不僅提高了重構(gòu)信號的信噪比,還有效去除了模態(tài)混疊的干擾.然后,利用二次相關(guān)運算對兩路降噪后的泄漏信號進行延時估計,再根據(jù)泄漏定位模型計算泄漏位置.最后,采用直接相關(guān)方法、基于經(jīng)驗?zāi)B(tài)分解(EMD)的相關(guān)方法以及本文提出的EEMD相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)處理方法,分別對同組實驗數(shù)據(jù)進行處理,對比定位誤差.實驗結(jié)果表明,EEMD相關(guān)方法相比前兩種方法,有效抑制了模態(tài)混疊,提高了定位精度.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of high noise and large positioning error of pipeline leakage signal, a new method to improve the location accuracy is proposed. The leakage signal is decomposed by the general average empirical mode decomposition (EEMDD). The IMF components with different scales can be obtained, and the correlation coefficients between these components and the original signal can be used as the main basis for signal reconstruction. It not only improves the signal-to-noise ratio of reconstructed signals, but also effectively removes the interference of modal aliasing. Then, the delay estimation of the two de-noised leakage signals is carried out by using the quadratic correlation operation. Finally, the direct correlation method, the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method and the EEMD data processing method proposed in this paper are used to calculate the leakage location. The experimental results show that the EEMD correlation method can effectively suppress the mode aliasing and improve the positioning accuracy compared with the former two methods.
