基于圖像二值化的3D打印

本文介紹了一種用3D打印機(jī)打印圖像的方法,該方法可以讓用戶獲得任意一張圖片雙色的立體模型。我們將二值圖轉(zhuǎn)換成3維模型,導(dǎo)入到3D打印機(jī)的軟件中,生成可被打印機(jī)識別的工作指令,依照指令,打印機(jī)便能自動制造出模型。我們首先利用非真實(shí)感圖像渲染技術(shù)將輸入圖像轉(zhuǎn)換成黑白色調(diào)的二值圖,接著用線刻畫方法提取圖像特征并且將其與原始圖像的黑白色塊結(jié)合,從而產(chǎn)生整潔的且邊界光滑的大片黑白色塊。然后將上述二值圖像轉(zhuǎn)換成適合3D打印的3維模型,這一步可看作將圖像的黑色區(qū)域提取出來并將其轉(zhuǎn)換成3維模型,也就是說,我們只對黑色塊進(jìn)行Delaunay三角化,所獲得的模型只包含二值圖像的黑色部分,而白色部分是空的。實(shí)際上,黑色部分已經(jīng)包含了圖像的有用信息,包括其特征,結(jié)構(gòu)和形狀。最后,我們用不同顏色的材料打印上述黑色部分和承載該色塊的背景區(qū)域,在打印成品中,我們可以透過黑色塊間的空洞看到背景區(qū)域的顏色。至此,我們得到二值圖像的3D打印結(jié)果,二值圖中的黑白色調(diào)部分在成品中均有所體現(xiàn)。本文的貢獻(xiàn)是提出了一種將二值圖的黑色區(qū)域轉(zhuǎn)換成適用于3D打印的多邊形的啟發(fā)式算法。這里,圖像的二值化算法是另一篇文章的工作,雖然它并非本...
