生物素對肉仔雞生長性能和機(jī)體免疫功能的影響

【摘要】:研究了不同生物素供應(yīng)狀況(缺乏、充分和超量)對0-7 周齡肉仔雞的生長性能及其血清生理生化指標(biāo)的影響。將576 只1 日齡艾維茵肉仔雞隨機(jī)分成4 個(gè)處理,每處理9 個(gè)重復(fù),每重復(fù)16 只雞(公母各半);基礎(chǔ)日糧為小麥-酪蛋白-魚粉型日糧(不額外添加生物素),在基礎(chǔ)日糧中分別添加0.3、0.9 和2.7 mg/kg 三個(gè)水平的生物素,包括對照組共計(jì)4 種日糧處理。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)生物素缺乏將嚴(yán)重抑制肉仔雞的采食和生長,生物素缺乏組肉仔雞的平均日采食量和平均日增重極顯著低于各生物素添加組(P0.01),各生物素添加組之間沒有顯著差異(P0.05)。(2)添加生物素提高了血清磷脂水平和血清高密度脂蛋白含量,其中0.9 mg/kg 處理組顯著高于對照組(P0.05),其它各試驗(yàn)組之間均無顯著性差異(P0.05);而對低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯和膽固醇水平幾乎沒有影響。由此可見,生物素主要影響磷脂代謝。(3)添加生物素后,血清胰島素和生長激素水平呈上升趨勢(P0.05),而胰高血糖素呈下降趨勢(P0.05)! 系統(tǒng)研究了生物素對肉仔雞免疫器官發(fā)育、機(jī)體免疫反應(yīng)和神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌激素的影響。將400 只1 日齡愛拔益加肉仔雞隨機(jī)分成4 個(gè)處理,每處理5 個(gè)重復(fù),每重復(fù)20只雞(公母各半);基礎(chǔ)日糧為小麥-酪蛋白-魚粉型日糧,在基礎(chǔ)日糧中分別添加0.30,0.90 和2.70 mg/kg 生物素,以基礎(chǔ)日糧為對照共計(jì)4 種日糧處理。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)生物素缺乏可抑制免疫器官的發(fā)育,降低其重量指數(shù);添加生物素可促進(jìn)免疫器官發(fā)育,提高其重量指數(shù)。(2)生物素添加可促進(jìn)細(xì)胞免疫反應(yīng)和體液免疫反應(yīng),提高血清中球蛋白水平及新城疫抗體滴度和IgG 水平,極顯著提高血液中T、B 淋巴細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化率。(3)添加生物素后,血清甲狀腺素T4、三碘甲狀原氨酸T3 和生長激素水平呈上升趨勢。
[Abstract]:The effects of different biotin supply (deficiency, adequacy and overdose) on growth performance and serum physiological and biochemical indexes of broilers aged 0-7 weeks were studied. 576 1-day-old Avian broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 9 replicates per treatment and 16 chickens per replica (male and female half). The basal diet was wheat-casein-fish meal diet (no additional biotin was added), and three levels of biotin were added to the basal diet, including the control group of 4 dietary treatments. The results showed that: (1) the feed intake and growth of broilers were seriously inhibited by biotin deficiency. The average daily intake and average daily gain of broilers in biotin deficiency group were significantly lower than those in other biotin supplementation groups (P0.01). There was no significant difference among the biotin supplementation groups (P0.05). (2). The serum phospholipid level and serum high density lipoprotein content were increased in the 0.9 mg/kg treatment group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between other test groups (P0.05). There was little effect on low density lipoprotein, triglyceride and cholesterol levels. It can be seen that biotin mainly affects phospholipid metabolism. (3) the levels of serum insulin and growth hormone increased after the addition of biotin (P0.05). The effects of biotin on the development of immune organs, immune response and neuroendocrine hormones in broilers were systematically studied. 400 1-day-old Aiba Yijia broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatments, 5 replicates per treatment and 20 chickens per replica (male and female). The basal diet was wheat-casein-fish meal diet. The basal diet was supplemented with 0.30U 0.90 and 2.70 mg/kg biotin, respectively. The basal diet was treated with four diets. The results showed that: (1) Biotin deficiency could inhibit the development of immune organs and decrease its weight index; The addition of biotin can promote the development of immune organs and increase its weight index. (2) the addition of biotin can promote cellular immune response and humoral immune response, increase the level of globulin in serum, the titer of Newcastle disease antibody and the level of IgG. (3) the levels of serum thyroxine T4, triiodothyronine T3 and growth hormone increased significantly after the addition of biotin.
