干旱脅迫對(duì)接種AMF的香樟幼苗生物量分配及生長(zhǎng)的影響
[Abstract]:Three kinds of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF) -juvenile saccular fungi (Glomus etunicatum,GE), Glomus mosseae,GM and Glomus lamellosum,GL were used to inoculate the (Cinnamomum camphora) seeds of Cinnamomum camphora by single inoculation, mixed inoculation and non-inoculation (control), respectively. The normal water supply (NW, soil water content is 80% of field water holding capacity), mild drought stress (MW, soil moisture content is 600.70% of field water holding capacity) and moderate drought stress (MS, soil moisture content is field water content is field). The growth index of Cinnamomum camphora was measured 150 days after severe drought stress (SS, soil water content was 35 ~ 40% of field water holding capacity). The results showed that under different drought stress, the total biomass and drought resistance of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings were increased with the addition of AMF in addition to GM. Inoculation of AMF in SS significantly promoted seedling growth (p0.05), inoculated with AMF under drought stress affected plant biomass distribution by affecting plant growth traits, and strain difference affected seedling root by affecting leaf area under drought stress. Leaf biological distribution affected the total biomass accumulation and growth of seedlings, but the way of strain combination had no significant effect on seedling biomass allocation and growth under drought stress. The coexistence of many species in karst area is not a simple superposition to exert their effects, but to affect the growth of plants through different water conditions and drought resistance effects. In order to optimize the allocation of plant biomass and maintain plant growth in arid habitats.
