文章摘要:【目的】探討不同顏色農(nóng)膜生長棚對三七種苗生長的影響,篩選適宜三七種苗生長的不同透光率,為三七健康種苗生產(chǎn)提供理論依據(jù)。【方法】采用白色和藍色兩種農(nóng)膜搭建3種透光率(21.0%、10.0%和5.5%)的三七生長棚,在棚內(nèi)培育三七種苗至移栽期時,分別測量株高、莖粗、葉片數(shù)、主根直徑、根長和根數(shù)等指標,并計算根、莖、葉的生物量積累及分配。【結(jié)果】在白膜生長棚條件下,除葉片數(shù)、根長、葉重比和莖重比外,其他指標均隨透光率減弱呈先增后減的變化趨勢,即在10.0%透光率下,白膜生長棚內(nèi)的三七種苗株高(12.34 cm)、莖粗(1.48 cm)、主根直徑(11.30 cm)、根數(shù)(8.40條/株)、各部位生物量及總生物量(0.816 g)、根冠比(2.882)和根重比(0.737)均最高,三七種苗長勢最佳。在藍膜生長棚條件下,除株高、葉片數(shù)、主根直徑和莖生物量外,莖粗(1.50 cm)、根長(15.36 cm)、根數(shù)(10.50條/株)、葉生物量(0.139 g)、根生物量(0.565 g)及總生物量(0.747 g)、根冠比(3.137)和根重比(0.755)等指標均在透光率21.0%下達最大值,三七種苗生長發(fā)育較好。透光率為10.0%時,白膜生長棚內(nèi)三七種苗株高、莖粗、主根直徑、根數(shù)、各部位生物量及總生物量、根冠比、根重比和莖重比等均高于藍膜生長棚內(nèi)三七種苗;透光率為21.0%時,藍膜生長棚內(nèi)三七種苗株高、莖粗、葉片數(shù)、主根直徑、根長、根數(shù)、各部位生物量及總生物量、根冠比和根重比等指標均大于白膜生長棚內(nèi)三七種苗對應(yīng)值。【結(jié)論】白膜生長棚下較適合三七種苗生長的透光率為10.0%,藍膜生長棚下較適合三七種苗生長的透光率為21.0%,即藍膜有利于三七種苗在相對高光照環(huán)境下的生長和生物量積累。
Abstr:【Objective 】The effects of different color films for covering greenhouse on growth situation of P. notoginseng seedlings were investigated to screen suitable light transmittance for growth of P. notoginseng seedlings in order to provide theoretical basis for producing healthy P. notoginseng seedlings. 【Method 】Three light transmittances(21.0%,10.0%,and 5.5% of full sunlight) were designed in the greenhouse covering with white film and blue film.The seeds of P. notoginseng were sowed in plastic pots. The plant traits, biomass accumulation and allocation of seedlings at transplanting stage were investigated and analyzed. 【Result】Under white film covering greenhouse, excepting leaf number, root length, leaf biomass ratio and root biomass ratio, the other indices changed from increase to decrease with light transmittance decreasing. The seedlings grew well, and the plant height(12.34 cm), stem diameter( 1. 48 cm), tuberous root diameter( 11. 30 cm), root number( 8. 40 / plant), root biomass, stem biomass, leaf biomass and total biomass( 0. 816 g), root / canopy ratio( 2. 882) and root biomass ratio( 0. 737) of P. notoginseng seedlings reached the highest in white film greenhouse under 10.0 % of full sunlight. Meanwhile,excepting plant height, leaf number, tuberous root diameter and stem biomass, the stem diameter(1.50 cm), root length(15.36 cm),root number(10.50/plant), leaf biomass(0.139 g), root biomass(0.565 g), total biomass(0.747 g), root/canopy ratio( 3.137) and root biomass ratio( 0.755) of P. notoginseng seedling were found to be the highest in blue film green-house under 21.0% of full sunlight.
