艾格里生物肥對(duì)設(shè)施番茄生長發(fā)育和品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:本課題采用的艾格里生物肥—豐農(nóng)是湖南省植物保護(hù)研究所研制、長沙艾格里植保技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司生產(chǎn)的生物肥為試材,研究在番茄生長期在葉面噴施不同濃度的稀釋液,探究其對(duì)番茄生長、發(fā)育和品質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果表明:1.葉面噴施不同濃度的艾格里生物葉面肥均可促進(jìn)番茄植株的葉片數(shù)、株高及莖粗的生長。不同處理的株高、莖粗、葉片數(shù)與對(duì)照相比分別增加6.1%~20.6%,8.55%~23.4%,14.2%~35.7%;番茄產(chǎn)量增加4.21%~13.07%。噴施艾格里生物葉面肥還可以提高番茄根系活力;提高番茄植株葉片的葉綠素含量、游離氨基酸含量以及光合速率,較對(duì)照增幅分別為8.7%~20.5%,10.1%~49.36%,3.7%~11.9%。2.葉面噴施不同濃度的艾格里生物葉面肥均可提高番茄果實(shí)中的Vc含量、可溶性蛋白含量、果實(shí)番茄紅素含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性固體物含量,降低果實(shí)有機(jī)酸含量和硝酸鹽的含量,對(duì)提高果實(shí)品質(zhì)有顯著的效果。3.艾格里生物肥—豐農(nóng)葉面施肥處理對(duì)番茄植株生長和品質(zhì)的影響效果以300倍液處理的效果最佳。葉面噴施高濃度生物肥稀釋液對(duì)番茄葉片葉綠素含量和光合速率以及果實(shí)中的可溶性蛋白含量、番茄紅素含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性固體物含量的提高效果不顯著。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Egari Biofer-Fengnong was developed by Hunan Institute of Plant Protection, and the biological fertilizer produced by Changsha Egli Plant Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd. was used as a sample material to spray different concentrations of diluents on the leaf surface of tomato during the growing period. To explore its effect on tomato growth, development and quality. The result shows that 1: 1. Foliar spraying with different concentrations of Igari biological foliar fertilizer could promote the growth of tomato leaves, plant height and stem diameter. The plant height, stem diameter and leaf number of different treatments were increased by 6.1and 20.6than that of the control, respectively, and 8.55 and 23.4and 14.235.7, respectively, and the tomato yield increased 4.21 and 13.077.The plant height, stem diameter and leaf number of different treatments were increased by 6.1and 20.6than those of the control, respectively. Spraying Yigri biological foliar fertilizer could also increase the root activity, chlorophyll content, free amino acid content and photosynthetic rate of tomato leaves, which were increased by 8.7% 20.5% and 10.1% respectively. Foliar spraying with different concentrations of Igari biological foliar fertilizer could increase VC content, soluble protein content, lycopene content, soluble sugar content and soluble solids content in tomato fruit. Reducing the content of organic acid and nitrate in fruit has significant effect on improving fruit quality. The effect of leaf fertilization on tomato plant growth and quality was the best with 300 times solution treatment. The effects of foliar sprayed with high concentration of biological fertilizer on chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, soluble protein content, lycopene content, soluble sugar content and soluble solids content in tomato leaves were not significant.
