In this paper,chicken were allocted into three groups,the chicken in group I were only fed with the basic diet,the group II were fed with the diet,supplemented with 150 mg/kg CdCl-2,group III were fed the basicdiet,supplement with 150 mg/kg CdCl-2 and contained 10 mg/kg of selenium.Chickens of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ showed clinical signs of cadmium toxication.Chicken toxiclogy model caused by subchrnic cadmium toxication and antagonism of selenium to subchronic cadmium toxication was deeply studied trough clinical findings,pathohistological changes,the ELISA of ND and the measurement of thymus,spleen and bursa of FAB.The result shows:(1)From organizing pathology,clinical symptom index to observation,cadium toxication has caused the extensive restrain effect to immune organ development and immune function.(2)Cadium toxication has influenced the production of the antibody seriously,and keep on the relatively low level.The reducing of the antibody ELISA selenium antagonism;result titer of ND proves that the immune function receive the obvious injury at the same time.(3) Thymus,spleen and brusal of organs indexes in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ are lower than the contrast group. Prove that the cadmium will suppress the growing of immune organ seriously.(4)Immune organ in histology is observed, including lymphocyte reduce notably by quantity,necrosis,straining and steep strainedding and steep forming.

在日糧中添加一定量濃度的鎘及硒與之相拮抗 ,復(fù)制雞慢性鎘中毒及硒拮抗模型 ,探討鎘對(duì)雞免疫器官及對(duì)免疫應(yīng)答的影響。結(jié)果表明 :(1)鎘對(duì)免疫器官發(fā)育以及細(xì)胞免疫和體液免疫功能造成了廣泛的抑制效應(yīng) ;(2 )鎘嚴(yán)重影響了ND抗體的產(chǎn)生 ,并在較低的水平上維持 ;(3)鎘中毒組胸腺、脾臟、法氏囊免疫器官臟器指數(shù)均低于對(duì)照組 ,而硒鎘拮抗組免疫器官臟器指數(shù)介于二者之間 ;(4)鎘中毒組雞的胸腺、脾臟、法氏囊免疫器官淋嘏組織廣泛出現(xiàn)實(shí)質(zhì)性的變化 ,包括淋巴細(xì)胞數(shù)量顯著減少、變性、壞死、濾泡減少成無(wú)濾泡形成等 ,以及胸腺皮質(zhì)萎縮變小

Addition of biotin enhanced their development and elevated their weight index. (2) Inclusion of biotin enhanced humoral immune response, which elevated serum globin. (3) Biotin supplementation en hanced cellular immune response,and addition of biotin enhanced significantly B-lymohocyte and T-lym phocyte transformation ratio in blood.

將400只1日齡艾維茵肉仔雞隨機(jī)分成4個(gè)處理,每處理5個(gè)重復(fù),每重復(fù)20只雞(公母各半);在 基礎(chǔ)日糧——小麥-酪蛋白-魚(yú)粉型日糧中分別添加0.3,0.9和2.7 mg/kg生物素,以基礎(chǔ)日糧為對(duì)照,系統(tǒng)研究了 生物素對(duì)肉仔雞免疫器官發(fā)育、機(jī)體免疫反應(yīng)和神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌激素的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)生物素缺乏可抑制免疫器 官的發(fā)育,降低其重量指數(shù);添加生物素可促進(jìn)免疫器官發(fā)育,提高其重量指數(shù)。(2)添加生物素可促進(jìn)細(xì)胞免疫反 應(yīng)和體液免疫反應(yīng),提高血清中球蛋白水平及新城疫抗體滴度和IgG水平,極顯著提高血液中T、B淋巴細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化 率。(3)添加生物素后,血清甲狀腺素T4、三碘甲狀原氨酸T3、生長(zhǎng)激素和皮質(zhì)醇水平均呈上升趨勢(shì)。
