【摘要】：取消液壓破碎錘的高壓蓄能器已經(jīng)成為一種趨勢(shì)。在無(wú)高壓蓄能器的液壓破碎錘中,進(jìn)油高壓膠管起到了高壓蓄能器的作用。為了研究進(jìn)油高壓膠管對(duì)液壓破碎錘工作性能的影響,提高液壓破碎錘的使用壽命,對(duì)進(jìn)油高壓膠管的數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行了分析,利用AMESim軟件中的管道模型和液壓元件設(shè)計(jì)庫(kù),搭建液壓破碎錘的仿真模型,對(duì)進(jìn)油高壓膠管在液壓破碎錘工作時(shí)的作用進(jìn)行仿真分析。仿真結(jié)果表明:進(jìn)油高壓膠管是液壓破碎錘前腔壓力產(chǎn)生波動(dòng)的原因之一,進(jìn)油高壓膠管的長(zhǎng)度和內(nèi)徑對(duì)液壓破碎錘的工作性能均有影響。

[Abstract]:It has become a trend to cancel the high pressure accumulator of hydraulic crushing hammer. In the hydraulic crushing hammer without high pressure accumulator, the oil intake high pressure hose plays the role of high pressure accumulator. In order to study the influence of high pressure hose on the working performance of hydraulic crushing hammer and improve the service life of hydraulic crushing hammer, the mathematical model of hydraulic crushing hammer is analyzed. The simulation model of hydraulic crushing hammer is built by using the pipeline model and hydraulic component design library in AMESim software, and the function of high pressure hose in hydraulic crushing hammer is simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the oil inlet high pressure hose is one of the reasons for the fluctuation of the pressure in the front cavity of the hydraulic crushing hammer, and the length and inner diameter of the oil inlet high pressure hose have influence on the working performance of the hydraulic crushing hammer.
