【摘要】：近幾年來(lái)隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高,全國(guó)各地相繼建起了大批大型小商品批發(fā)市場(chǎng),此類市場(chǎng)以其商品種類繁多、價(jià)格實(shí)惠、停車方便等特點(diǎn)吸引了大量的顧客,成為人們?nèi)粘９忸櫟闹匾獔?chǎng)所,極大地方便了廣大人民群眾的日常生活。然而大部分小商品市場(chǎng)集商品銷售和短時(shí)貨物儲(chǔ)存于一體,具有建筑規(guī)模大、單體空間跨度大、市場(chǎng)內(nèi)攤位密集、人員流動(dòng)量大、經(jīng)營(yíng)性質(zhì)復(fù)雜、經(jīng)營(yíng)品種內(nèi)可燃物、易燃物較多、火災(zāi)荷載大等特點(diǎn)。另外加上這類小商品市場(chǎng)的消防安全狀況參差不齊,實(shí)際使用中各項(xiàng)防火措施很難全部落實(shí)到位,導(dǎo)致此類場(chǎng)所的火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)性較大。一旦發(fā)生火災(zāi),極易造成人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。 小商品市場(chǎng)由于具有火災(zāi)荷載大,人員密集的特點(diǎn),相比其他類型的商業(yè)綜合體,人員安全疏散的難度也更大。因此本文選擇此類市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行安全疏散設(shè)計(jì)研究,具有一定的典型性。 本文以昆明螺螄灣國(guó)際商貿(mào)城二期工程設(shè)計(jì)方案為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)此類小商品市場(chǎng)在方案設(shè)計(jì)階段的人員安全疏散設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究。對(duì)此類市場(chǎng)的防火分區(qū)分隔、疏散寬度計(jì)算、防排煙設(shè)計(jì)、自動(dòng)噴淋滅火系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)等方面提出了相應(yīng)的具體要求,希望對(duì)此類市場(chǎng)的安全疏散設(shè)計(jì)引起高度重視,確保市場(chǎng)消防安全。另外,根據(jù)對(duì)此類市場(chǎng)的實(shí)際調(diào)研,具體問(wèn)題具體分析并結(jié)合方案設(shè)計(jì)階段的安全疏散設(shè)計(jì),闡述了在新的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)下所催生的新型建筑類型在沒(méi)有專門的建筑規(guī)范可以參照?qǐng)?zhí)行時(shí),如何尋求合情、合理、合法的方法去解決現(xiàn)實(shí)的消防問(wèn)題的觀點(diǎn)。本文的分析結(jié)果對(duì)小商品市場(chǎng)的火災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、建筑防火設(shè)計(jì)、火災(zāi)原因調(diào)查分析、消防滅火救援等方面具有一定指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of market economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, a large number of large wholesale markets for small commodities have been built all over the country. This kind of market has attracted a large number of customers because of its wide variety of commodities, affordable prices, convenient parking and so on. It has become an important place for people to patronize and greatly facilitates the daily life of the broad masses of the people. However, most of the small commodity markets integrate commodity sales and short-term goods storage, which have the characteristics of large construction scale, large single space span, dense stalls in the market, large flow of people, complex management nature, combustible materials, more flammable materials, large fire load and so on. In addition, the fire safety situation of this kind of small commodity market is uneven, so it is difficult to implement all the fire prevention measures in practical use, which leads to the great fire risk of this kind of place. In the event of a fire, it is easy to cause casualties and property damage. Because of the characteristics of large fire load and dense personnel in the small commodity market, it is more difficult to evacuate people safely than other types of commercial complexes. Therefore, this paper chooses this kind of market to carry on the safety evacuation design research, has certain typicality. In this paper, the second phase project design scheme of Kunming Luowan International Trade City is taken as the research object, and the safety evacuation design of this kind of small commodity market in the scheme design stage is studied. The corresponding specific requirements are put forward for the separation of fire prevention zones, the calculation of evacuation width, the design of smoke prevention and exhaust, and the design of automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system in this kind of market. It is hoped that the safety evacuation design of this kind of market will be attached great importance to ensure the fire safety of the market. In addition, according to the actual investigation of this kind of market, the concrete problems are analyzed and combined with the safety evacuation design in the scheme design stage, this paper expounds how to find a reasonable, reasonable and legal way to solve the realistic fire protection problem when there is no special building code to refer to the new building type under the new economic situation. The analysis results of this paper have certain guiding significance for fire risk assessment, building fire prevention design, fire cause investigation and analysis, fire fighting and rescue in small commodity market.
