【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與酒店消費(fèi)者的個(gè)性化需求,在“北上廣深”等一線城市誕生了許多經(jīng)典的精品酒店,但是城市里也出現(xiàn)了大量設(shè)計(jì)粗糙、同質(zhì)化的精品酒店,尤其以二三線城市為最。這種現(xiàn)象當(dāng)然與城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平有關(guān),但與國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于城市精品酒店設(shè)計(jì)策略理論性、系統(tǒng)性的研究缺失更有關(guān)。設(shè)計(jì)策略是決定設(shè)計(jì)成功最根本和最重要的因素。為了彌補(bǔ)城市精品酒店設(shè)計(jì)策略研究方面的缺失,通過(guò)開(kāi)展本課題的研究,總結(jié)城市精品酒店的設(shè)計(jì)策略,以此指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,并為將來(lái)對(duì)城市精品酒店更深入的設(shè)計(jì)研究打下基礎(chǔ)。 本文通過(guò)查找文獻(xiàn)資料和實(shí)地考察,對(duì)各種類型的城市精品酒店經(jīng)典之作進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)上的精細(xì)分析,并充分應(yīng)用歸納法和演繹法對(duì)分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行比對(duì)、統(tǒng)計(jì)和更深入的分析和總結(jié)。 本文研究前期曾取得階段性成果,本文作者曾對(duì)城市精品酒店積極開(kāi)展設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,于2013年5月完成福建龍巖嘉源精品酒店的設(shè)計(jì),2013年4月在《文藝生活》雜志上發(fā)表文章《福州傳統(tǒng)民居裝飾意匠——以“三坊七巷”為例》。 結(jié)論：本文通過(guò)研究,總結(jié)出以下設(shè)計(jì)策略：一是注重酒店選址：二是注重設(shè)計(jì)定位；三是注重設(shè)計(jì)主題的統(tǒng)一；四是注重將客房作為設(shè)計(jì)的核心；五是注重陳設(shè)與細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)；六是注重設(shè)計(jì)的環(huán)保性與科技性；七是注重設(shè)計(jì)與營(yíng)銷的結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:With the development of the economy and the individual demand of the hotel consumers, many classic boutique hotels have been born in the first-line cities such as "On the north, Guangshen", but there are also a large number of boutique hotels in the city that are designed to be rough and homogenized, especially the two-tier cities. This phenomenon is of course related to the economic development level of the city, but it is more relevant to the theoretical and systematic study of the design strategy of the urban boutique hotel at home and abroad. The design strategy is the most fundamental and most important factor for determining the success of the design. In order to make up the deficiency of the research of the design strategy of the city's fine-quality hotel, this paper summarizes the design strategy of the boutique hotel in the city, so as to guide the design practice, and lays the foundation for the further design and research of the city boutique hotel in the future. Through the research of literature and field visits, this paper makes a fine analysis on the design of the classic works of all kinds of city high-quality hotels, and applies the inductive method and the deduction method to make the comparison, statistics and more in-depth analysis and total analysis of the analysis results. In this paper, some achievements have been made in the early stage, and the author of this paper has made an active contribution to the boutique hotels in the city. In May,2013, the design of the boutique hotel of Longyan Jiyuan, Fujian, was completed in May,2013. In April,2013, the article was published in the Journal of Literature and Art Life. As an example, the following design strategies are summarized: one is to focus on the location of the hotel: one is to focus on the location of the hotel: the second is to focus on the design and positioning; the third is to pay attention to the unification of the design subject; the fourth is to focus on the room as the core of the design; and the fifth is to focus on the furnishings. Design and design;6 is the design-oriented environmental and technical; and 7 is the focus on design and design.
