【摘要】：設(shè)計(jì)階段是控制造價(jià)和進(jìn)行功能設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵階段,重點(diǎn)研究運(yùn)營(yíng)功能優(yōu)先的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)階段的造價(jià)控制研究,通過(guò)對(duì)建運(yùn)一體投資控制組織模式與基于價(jià)值工程方法提升基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)功能和造價(jià)控制的綜合考慮,達(dá)到功能和成本的最佳匹配點(diǎn),提高項(xiàng)目?jī)r(jià)值,實(shí)現(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The design stage is the key stage to control the cost and carry on the function design. The research on the cost control in the design stage of the infrastructure project with priority operation function is focused on. Through the comprehensive consideration of the integrated investment control organization mode of construction and transportation and the promotion of the operation function and cost control of the infrastructure project based on the value engineering method, the best matching point between the function and the cost can be achieved, and the project value can be improved. To achieve the sustainable development of infrastructure projects.
