【摘要】：山地的開發(fā)由來已久，但隨著城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)進(jìn)程的加快，及機(jī)械化水平的提高，，人們對(duì)于山地的開發(fā)力度不斷加大。山地的地形地貌地質(zhì)特質(zhì)對(duì)位于其中的道路、建筑、景觀等方面有較為苛刻的要求。如何合理利用山地的特點(diǎn)，做好場(chǎng)地規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)，創(chuàng)造出安全高品質(zhì)的生活小區(qū)成為一個(gè)重要問題。建設(shè)用地的場(chǎng)地處理得到良好解決才能保證后期建設(shè)、居住的安全性及可持續(xù)性。利用地勢(shì)進(jìn)行放坡及擋墻的合理設(shè)計(jì)，地形與建筑景觀結(jié)合，對(duì)自然的最大程度保護(hù)，使設(shè)計(jì)更合理，顯得尤為重要。 本文首先介紹了研究的背景與意義，并對(duì)一些關(guān)鍵的概念作出界定。其次從對(duì)山地的復(fù)雜性與局限性，山地空間的多維性與豐富性，當(dāng)前面臨的問題等對(duì)山地場(chǎng)地規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行研究。再次，嘗試從設(shè)計(jì)和工程的角度分析了山地小區(qū)的場(chǎng)地規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)，如道路與豎向設(shè)計(jì)、擋土墻與自然放坡、整地排水等。通過實(shí)例的分析，總結(jié)區(qū)分山地場(chǎng)地規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)與平地的不同，歸納低山丘陵地區(qū)場(chǎng)地規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方式的特點(diǎn)。并以實(shí)例分析引證論文論點(diǎn)，檢驗(yàn)其適用性。最后對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)，提出建立與自然環(huán)境相協(xié)調(diào)的居住小區(qū)；希望為以后低山丘陵項(xiàng)目的場(chǎng)地規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供有益經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:The development of mountain area has a long history, but with the acceleration of urbanization construction and the improvement of mechanization level, the development of mountain area is increasing. The topographic, geomorphological and geological characteristics of mountains have strict requirements for roads, buildings, landscapes and so on. How to make rational use of the characteristics of mountain area, do a good job of site planning and design, and create a safe and high-quality living area has become an important problem. The site treatment of construction land can ensure the safety and sustainability of later construction and residence. It is particularly important to use terrain to design slope and retaining wall reasonably and to combine terrain with architectural landscape to protect nature to a maximum extent and make the design more reasonable. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the study, and defines some key concepts. Secondly, the planning and design methods of mountain sites are studied from the complexity and limitations of mountain areas, the multidimensional and richness of mountain space, and the current problems. Thirdly, the characteristics of site planning and design, such as road and vertical design, retaining wall and natural slope, land preparation and drainage, are analyzed from the point of view of design and engineering. Through the analysis of examples, this paper summarizes the differences between mountain site planning and design and flat land, and sums up the characteristics of site planning and design in low mountain and hilly areas. An example is given to analyze the argument of the thesis and test its applicability. Finally, the full text is summarized, and the establishment of residential district in coordination with the natural environment is put forward, hoping to provide useful experience for the site planning and design of low mountain and hilly projects in the future.
