【摘要】：隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的速度加快,人們對生態(tài)環(huán)境的關(guān)注日益提高,對改善人居環(huán)境的要求也越來越迫切。森林是地球之“肺”,是維護(hù)生態(tài)平衡的重要支柱,森林城市建設(shè)是生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的前提,是我國城市今后發(fā)展的重要方向,是人類文明和城市繁榮的標(biāo)志之一。以“生態(tài)建設(shè)、生態(tài)安全、生態(tài)文明”為核心理念的森林城市建設(shè)是中國可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容。 臨海市所在的溫臺(tái)沿海城市群定位為浙江三大都市經(jīng)濟(jì)圈,處于溫臺(tái)沿海產(chǎn)業(yè)帶重點(diǎn)區(qū)域,臺(tái)州地區(qū)“兩心”之一；同時(shí),臨海又是國家歷史文化名城,浙東南旅游中心城市,國家園林城市,在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、生態(tài)上均具有重要的地位。因此,對臨海森林城市建設(shè)進(jìn)行科學(xué)規(guī)劃和系統(tǒng)研究對于實(shí)現(xiàn)臨海社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速協(xié)調(diào)健康發(fā)展,促進(jìn)生態(tài)建設(shè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相協(xié)調(diào)顯得尤為重要。 論文闡述了國內(nèi)外森林城市規(guī)劃的理論及實(shí)踐研究,并對臨海市域概況、森林資源及城市綠化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行的全面、詳細(xì)的分析,科學(xué)合理的評價(jià)臨海市森林城市建設(shè)水平,確定“一核、雙翼、三軸、多點(diǎn)”的森林城市規(guī)劃總體布局。論文探討在合理保護(hù)利用現(xiàn)有城市森林資源的前提下,如何進(jìn)一步改善優(yōu)化城市森林結(jié)構(gòu)、布局及功能,提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對策,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,并為其他城市建設(shè)森林城市提供借鑒參考。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, people pay more and more attention to the ecological environment, and the requirement for improving the human settlement environment is becoming more and more urgent. Forest is the "lung" of the earth and an important pillar of maintaining ecological balance. The construction of forest city is the premise of ecological civilization construction, the important direction of urban development in our country in the future, and one of the symbols of human civilization and urban prosperity. The construction of forest city with "ecological construction, ecological security and ecological civilization" as the core concept is an important part of China's sustainable development strategy. The Wentai coastal city agglomeration in Linhai City is located in the key areas of Wentai coastal industrial belt and one of the "two hearts" in Taizhou area, which is located in the three major urban economic circles of Zhejiang Province. At the same time, Linhai is a famous national historical and cultural city, a tourist center city in southeast Zhejiang, and a national garden city, which plays an important role in politics, economy, culture and ecology. Therefore, it is particularly important to carry out scientific planning and systematic research on the construction of Linhai forest city in order to realize the sustained, rapid, coordinated and healthy development of coastal society and economy, and to promote the coordination of ecological construction and economic development. This paper expounds the theoretical and practical research on forest city planning at home and abroad, and makes a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the general situation of Linhai city, forest resources and the present situation of urban greening, and evaluates the construction level of forest city in Linhai city scientifically and reasonably. Determine the overall layout of "one core, two wings, three axis, multi-point" forest city planning. This paper discusses how to further improve and optimize the structure, layout and function of urban forest under the premise of reasonable protection and utilization of existing urban forest resources, and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures to realize the sustainable development of the city. And for other cities to build forest cities to provide reference.
