【摘要】：效益對(duì)于企業(yè)的生存是非常重要的，而影響效益的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)是成本。因此最大限度的降低成本便受到了企業(yè)的普遍重視。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和完善，施工企業(yè)面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈，而我國(guó)施工企業(yè)的管理水平仍然是很落后的，這與建筑業(yè)的快速發(fā)展形成巨大的反差。作為一個(gè)完整的企業(yè)管理制度,成本管理是不可或缺的一部分。對(duì)于我國(guó)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，如何引入正確的成本控制方法是一個(gè)值得思考的問(wèn)題。企業(yè)必須選擇正確的經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略,同時(shí)正確的處理企業(yè)發(fā)展和成本控制的關(guān)系,才能提高建筑施工企業(yè)整體的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。在實(shí)踐中,我們應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)成本控制的意識(shí)，對(duì)企業(yè)成本控制的對(duì)象、內(nèi)容以及方法進(jìn)行綜合分析和研究。應(yīng)用科學(xué)的成本控制的方法，提高項(xiàng)目的管理水平，才能提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，最大限度的降低項(xiàng)目成本，對(duì)建筑施工企業(yè)獲取最大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益這一目標(biāo)具有極其重要的意義。成本控制作為施工企業(yè)管理的組成部分，對(duì)施工企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展有著重要的意義。因此施工企業(yè)為了能在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中得到發(fā)展，就必須重視成本控制，以提高企業(yè)的綜合實(shí)力。 本學(xué)位論文首先對(duì)成本的定義及三要素進(jìn)行了分析，同時(shí)對(duì)施工項(xiàng)目成本控制的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析，將價(jià)值工程理論運(yùn)用到施工項(xiàng)目的成本控制中，制定了科學(xué)的成本控制方案，避免在施工過(guò)程中造成資源的浪費(fèi)和不必要資金的支出，以保證建筑施工企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。最后，將以上分析的原理運(yùn)用到工程實(shí)例中，對(duì)施工項(xiàng)目成本控制提出一套方案，很好的降低了施工成本，這種將價(jià)值工程理論運(yùn)用到施工項(xiàng)目成本控制當(dāng)中，是具有一定的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的。
[Abstract]:The benefit is very important to the survival of the enterprise, and the key index that affects the benefit is the cost. Therefore, the maximum reduction of costs has been widely valued by enterprises. With the continuous development and improvement of economy, the competition faced by construction enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, but the management level of construction enterprises in our country is still very backward, which is in great contrast to the rapid development of construction industry. As a complete enterprise management system, cost management is an indispensable part. For Chinese enterprises, how to introduce the correct cost control method is a problem worth thinking about. In order to improve the overall economic benefit of construction enterprises, enterprises must choose the correct management strategy and correctly deal with the relationship between enterprise development and cost control. In practice, we should strengthen the consciousness of cost control, and carry on the comprehensive analysis and research to the object, content and method of enterprise cost control. Only by applying the scientific cost control method and improving the management level of the project can the economic benefit of the enterprise be improved and the cost of the project be reduced to the greatest extent, which is of great significance for the construction enterprise to obtain the maximum economic benefit. Cost control, as an integral part of construction enterprise management, is of great significance to the survival and development of construction enterprises. Therefore, in order to develop in the competition, construction enterprises must pay attention to cost control in order to improve the comprehensive strength of enterprises. In this thesis, the definition of cost and three elements are analyzed, and the related theories of cost control of construction project are analyzed in detail, and the value engineering theory is applied to the cost control of construction project. A scientific cost control scheme is worked out to avoid the waste of resources and unnecessary capital expenditure in the construction process in order to ensure the economic and social benefits of construction enterprises. Finally, the principle of the above analysis is applied to the engineering example, and a set of schemes for the cost control of the construction project are put forward, which reduces the construction cost very well, and applies the value engineering theory to the cost control of the construction project. It has certain theoretical value and practical significance.
