【摘要】：本文采用理論指導(dǎo)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒、文獻(xiàn)參考及案例分析的方法，研究在南沙新區(qū)重新定位及大力開發(fā)南沙城市建設(shè)的背景下，如何處理城市道路升級(jí)改造工程過程中的相關(guān)問題，從而將南沙建設(shè)成景觀環(huán)境一流的濱海新城。 首先，文章對(duì)道路景觀改造工程進(jìn)行了全面分析，包括改造的原因和條件、改造工程的特點(diǎn)、改造的方法以及改造工程中重點(diǎn)技術(shù)分析等；其次，研究如何通過改善工程管理方法來確保改造工程的質(zhì)量，并重點(diǎn)分析幾種管理措施：組建配備專業(yè)人才的管理架構(gòu)、重視并做好前期工作、選用優(yōu)質(zhì)的設(shè)計(jì)和施工單位、嚴(yán)把設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量關(guān)、加強(qiáng)施工及養(yǎng)護(hù)管理等，同時(shí)，針對(duì)改造工程管理中工期短、干擾因素多、容易破壞原有生態(tài)環(huán)境等難點(diǎn)提出解決方法；最后，結(jié)合改造分析及工程管理措施理論，以進(jìn)港大道景觀改造工程及管理實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。經(jīng)過理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐的研究、探討，給南沙區(qū)未來實(shí)施市政道路園林景觀升級(jí)改造工作提出幾點(diǎn)建議，包括做好改造規(guī)劃、改造要體現(xiàn)南沙特色、盡量挖掘綠化潛力、結(jié)合新技術(shù)應(yīng)用等，并提出完善善工程管理的幾個(gè)方法，包括健全園林改造工程管理制度、建立系統(tǒng)的園林工程管理模式、從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)統(tǒng)籌考慮新建工程項(xiàng)目。 本文研究擬形成專項(xiàng)的有針對(duì)性的論文成果，，豐富我國(guó)這類工程研究的理論資料，為我國(guó)開發(fā)區(qū)、城市道路園林景觀建設(shè)提出例證參考和科學(xué)指導(dǎo)，為南沙區(qū)其他道路景觀升級(jí)改造提出范例，借鑒優(yōu)質(zhì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為南沙區(qū)以后的道路景觀升級(jí)改造工程設(shè)計(jì)及管理，提出有價(jià)值的建議，并拋磚引玉，尋求更好的解決方式，最終營(yíng)造生態(tài)環(huán)境一流的城市區(qū)域。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of theoretical guidance, experience reference, literature reference and case analysis, this paper studies how to deal with the related problems in the process of urban road upgrading and transformation under the background of repositioning and vigorously developing Nansha city construction in Nansha New area. As a result, Nansha will be built into a first-class coastal new city with a first-class landscape environment. First of all, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the road landscape reconstruction project, including the reasons and conditions of the transformation, the characteristics of the transformation project, the methods of transformation and the key technical analysis of the transformation project. Secondly, it studies how to ensure the quality of the reconstruction project by improving the project management method, and focuses on several management measures: setting up the management structure equipped with professionals, paying attention to and doing a good job in the early stage, and selecting the high quality design and construction units. Strict control of design quality, strengthening construction and maintenance management, etc., at the same time, in view of the short construction period, many interference factors, easy to destroy the original ecological environment and other difficulties in the management of the reconstruction project, this paper puts forward some solutions. Finally, combined with the transformation analysis and the theory of engineering management measures, the landscape reconstruction project and management practice of Hong Kong Avenue are analyzed in detail. Through the research of combining theory with practice, this paper probes into some suggestions for the future upgrading and transformation of municipal road landscape in Nansha District, including making a good transformation plan, embodying the characteristics of Nansha and tapping the potential of greening as far as possible. Combined with the application of new technology, this paper puts forward several methods to perfect the management of good engineering, including perfecting the management system of garden reconstruction project, establishing a systematic management mode of garden engineering, and considering the new project as a whole in the long run. This paper studies the achievements of the special and targeted papers, enriches the theoretical data of this kind of engineering research in our country, and puts forward some examples, references and scientific guidance for the construction of urban road garden landscape in the development zones and cities of our country. This paper puts forward some examples for the upgrading and transformation of other road landscapes in Nansha District, draws lessons from the high quality experience, and puts forward some valuable suggestions for the design and management of the road landscape upgrading and transformation projects in Nansha District, and puts forward some valuable suggestions, and puts forward some valuable suggestions to attract jade, so as to find a better solution.
