住宅小區(qū)風(fēng)環(huán)境及熱環(huán)境的模擬研究

【摘要】:住宅小區(qū)風(fēng)環(huán)境及熱環(huán)境分析是為綠色建筑評估做前期準備的。良好的小區(qū)自然通風(fēng)可以提高室外環(huán)境的舒適度,加快室外熱量的消散和污染物排放,保證居民的舒適和健康。合理規(guī)劃小區(qū)建筑可以有效地緩解熱島效應(yīng),降低建筑的空調(diào)能耗。綠化對改善室外熱環(huán)境質(zhì)量,調(diào)節(jié)小區(qū)微氣候有重要的作用。 本文以位于武漢市的一個實際住宅小區(qū)作為研究對象,應(yīng)用CFD軟件對小區(qū)內(nèi)冬夏季風(fēng)環(huán)境以及夏季熱環(huán)境進行了數(shù)值模擬。通過對小區(qū)冬夏季風(fēng)環(huán)境的風(fēng)速云圖,風(fēng)速矢量圖以及動壓和靜壓云圖的分析,找出小區(qū)內(nèi)風(fēng)環(huán)境不滿足要求的區(qū)域,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了改進方案,對小區(qū)內(nèi)風(fēng)環(huán)境不合理區(qū)域的建筑進行適當調(diào)整,并對改進后的方案進行模擬計算,,使之最終能夠滿足綠色建筑評價標示對小區(qū)風(fēng)環(huán)境的相關(guān)規(guī)定。同樣的采用CFD模擬方法模擬計算了夏季典型計算日在一天中不同時刻的溫度場,對設(shè)計方案及改進方案的熱島強度進行了評估。最后在設(shè)計布局的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)置了喬木,樹木,人工湖,草坪四種不同的綠化形式,模擬研究了這四種綠化形式對小區(qū)溫度場的影響情況。 本文的研究成果為住宅小區(qū)風(fēng)環(huán)境及熱環(huán)境預(yù)測和評價提供了理論依據(jù),并為小內(nèi)建筑布局的規(guī)劃以及小區(qū)內(nèi)綠化方案的確定提出指導(dǎo)意見。
[Abstract]:The analysis of wind environment and thermal environment in residential district is prepared for the evaluation of green building. Good natural ventilation can improve the comfort of outdoor environment, speed up the dissipation of outdoor heat and pollutant discharge, and ensure the comfort and health of residents. Reasonable planning of residential buildings can effectively alleviate the heat island effect and reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning. Greening plays an important role in improving the quality of outdoor thermal environment and regulating the microclimate in residential areas. In this paper, a practical residential district in Wuhan is taken as the research object, and the winter and summer monsoon environment and summer thermal environment in the district are simulated by using CFD software. Based on the analysis of wind speed cloud map, wind speed vector diagram, dynamic pressure and static pressure cloud diagram of winter and summer monsoon environment in the district, the areas in which the wind environment in the district does not meet the requirements are found out, and the improvement scheme is put forward on this basis. The buildings in the unreasonable wind environment in the community are properly adjusted, and the improved scheme is simulated and calculated, so that it can finally meet the relevant provisions of the green building evaluation and marking on the wind environment of the community. Similarly, the CFD simulation method is used to simulate and calculate the temperature field of the typical calculation day in summer at different times of the day, and the heat island strength of the design scheme and the improved scheme are evaluated. Finally, on the basis of the design layout, four different greening forms of trees, artificial lakes and lawns are set up, and the effects of these four greening forms on the temperature field of the community are simulated and studied. The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the prediction and evaluation of wind environment and thermal environment in residential areas, and provide guidance for the planning of small interior building layout and the determination of greening scheme in residential areas.
