智慧建筑技術路線圖研究

【摘要】:隨著時代的發(fā)展,計算機技術、現代通信技術以及自動控制技術得到高速發(fā)展,因此智能建筑在某些發(fā)達國家應運而生。近些年來因為Internet的迅速發(fā)展,以及物聯(lián)網技術的大范圍延伸和應用,現在出現的智慧建筑已經不同于以前的智能建筑,,智慧建筑的出現是現代技術的必然產物。尤其是20世紀末信息科學技術的飛速發(fā)展,為智慧建筑產生與發(fā)展的奠定的堅實的基礎,而21世紀初的物聯(lián)網、云計算、下一代互聯(lián)網等技術的發(fā)展更是為智慧建筑的迅猛發(fā)展起到了促進作用。 全國智慧建筑產業(yè)雖然發(fā)展日益迅速,但是現在仍然沒有一個系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,缺少必要的技術路線圖作為支撐。本文從這個切入點進行分析研究,從而為國內智慧建筑的發(fā)展提供參考和幫助,對智慧建筑產業(yè)的發(fā)展有著重大而深遠的意義。 本文首先對基于物聯(lián)網背景下智慧建筑和技術路線圖進行了簡要的概述,然后描述了技術路線圖的構建步驟,還逐一闡述了智慧建筑中的幾大關鍵技術。然后對智慧建筑的“市場需求、產業(yè)目標、技術壁壘、研發(fā)需求”四個方面運用TRIZ理論、SWOT分析法、情景分析法等研究方法,通過問卷調查,咨詢有關專家等手段進行研究分析。 首先利用雷達圖分析出智慧建筑產業(yè)的關聯(lián)產業(yè),通過對關聯(lián)產業(yè)的分析結果,利用SWOT分析法得出智慧建筑的市場需求,然后再根據對智慧建筑市場需求和產業(yè)目標的分析,通過專家調研和研討會找出智慧建筑產業(yè)中的技術瓶頸,再通過凝練的研發(fā)需求和智慧建筑市場需求與產業(yè)目標進行關聯(lián)和銜接。最終根據分析的結果繪制技術路線圖,從而幫助我們了解智慧建筑產業(yè)的地位、發(fā)展優(yōu)勢和劣勢、關鍵技術中的難點以及產業(yè)發(fā)展的目標和方向。通過對智慧建筑技術進行系統(tǒng)化、層次化篩選,從中找出薄弱環(huán)節(jié),提出市場所需要的技術解決方案。最后為我國智慧建筑產業(yè)發(fā)展提出了建議和策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, computer technology, modern communication technology and automatic control technology have been developed rapidly, so intelligent buildings emerge as the times require in some developed countries. In recent years, due to the rapid development of Internet and the wide extension and application of Internet of things technology, the emergence of intelligent architecture is different from the previous intelligent building, the emergence of intelligent architecture is the inevitable product of modern technology. In particular, the rapid development of information science and technology at the end of the 20th century has laid a solid foundation for the emergence and development of intelligent buildings, while the Internet of things and cloud computing at the beginning of the 21st century, The development of the next generation Internet and other technologies has played a role in promoting the rapid development of intelligent architecture. Although the national intelligent construction industry is developing day by day, there is still no systematic development plan and lack of necessary technology road map as support. This paper analyzes and studies from this starting point, so as to provide reference and help for the development of intelligent architecture in China, which is of great and far-reaching significance to the development of intelligent architecture industry. In this paper, the intelligent architecture and technology road map based on the Internet of things are briefly summarized, then the construction steps of the technology road map are described, and several key technologies in the intelligent building are described one by one. Then, the four aspects of intelligent building, such as market demand, industrial goal, technical barrier and R & D demand, are studied by TRIZ theory, SWOT analysis method, situational analysis method and so on. Consulting relevant experts and other means for research and analysis. Firstly, the related industry of intelligent construction industry is analyzed by radar diagram. Through the analysis results of related industry, the market demand of intelligent building is obtained by using SWOT analysis method, and then according to the analysis of the market demand and industrial goal of intelligent building industry, Through expert investigation and seminar to find out the technical bottleneck in the intelligent construction industry, and then through the condensed R & D demand and the intelligent construction market demand and the industrial goal to carry on the correlation and the connection. Finally, the technical road map is drawn according to the results of the analysis, so as to help us understand the position of intelligent construction industry, the advantages and disadvantages of development, the difficulties in key technologies and the goal and direction of industrial development. Through the systematic and hierarchical screening of intelligent building technology, the weak links are found out, and the technical solutions needed by the market are put forward. Finally, some suggestions and strategies are put forward for the development of intelligent construction industry in China.
